foaming water

    i have a 30 gal rezzy in a DWC, GH nutes, pH of 5.4, 3rd week of flowering. I add an organic algae growth hormone called Nitrozime.
    The water is foamy. This has never happened before. Inoticed that it started foaming within 24 hrs of adding the algae. Is this a normal reaction that i have never noticed? The roots seem ok, slightly darkened from the algae, but not rotting.Any advice or words of encouragement or requests for more info are WELCOME

    i used that stuff in my resevoir once and it had the same reaction,it slimed up and clogged my bubble wand and the over head drain,i still use it,but only as a foliar spray during the veg cycle only.
