from 24/0 to 18/6?

    Since finishing my Juicy Fruit grow, my 600w is "free" right now. I have been vegging my SLH with the T5. But I COULD swap the HPS bulb for the MH and maybe that would get the SLH GOING? My question is, will it have a bad effect on the five week old plants to go from 24 hours of flo to 18 hours of MH? I just kinda dont want to run the 600 24 hrs.


    Or, should I just leave them as is, under the T5 24/0?

    They'll be just fine. Make sure the :light: is above the plants far enough for the first couple days. Other than that, you'll be just fine.:alienwink: :affro:

    I just did the very same thing Dixie. I just finished transplanting from 6" to 10" pots, and switched my next 4 hopefuls from my 24/0 CFL chamber to their new 18/6 regiment, also under a 600w MH. I did so the last time around, but continued to run 24/0 under my 600w. This go around Im giving 18/6 under the MH a try. Lets how how they stretch this way.
