I think it would be a stretch to think legal weed will ever hit Nanny York City. One can hope though. If I still lived there I'd vote for it. And that's what it really comes down to. Haha, cigarettes are $10 a pack there. Can you imagine how much they'd tax a gram? Black market would still be the way to go but, at least you won't get butt raped for some seeds and stems legal wise..
There's noise which is good but the politicians in albany don't have it on their radar yet. There was a bill legalizing MMJ that passed the assembly, but never made it to the senate for a vote. That was two years ago I think. Trouble is the version of the the bill that passed the assembly isn't all that great. I just read it the other night.
