I got some stuff for my flood table... and have just a few quick questions.

Should I flood it continuously, or leave it on a timer?

Where should the hole be? Should it completely drain between waterings, if I need to use a timer?

    Using rockwool, hps 400 watt.

Flood on a timer. Anywhere from 2-6 times a day, depending on how big the plants are, and how big the cubes are.

Fill the table so that about 2/3 of the cubes height are submerged under the solution.

The important thing to remember is that O2 is just as important to your plants as nutes are. Realize that too much water usually leads to a shortage of O2 at the roots.

drooping green leaves is a sign of over watering, yellowing underfeed or strength. Burnt tips, yellowed, points toward over ferts and light green plants points to underferts.

Some basic pointers, but follow the mix ratios on the fert bottle and that side will probably be ok, remember though too much can be worse than too little whan mixing fert solutions.

    Good growing,

Are you going to bubble the reservoir? That can help take care of the O2 issue.
