Ok I tried this before but no one got into it. So maybe this might be better. I want to do a comic strip with characters based on some users. I am going to use people I know best on here so I can better develop the character and not many so I can actually finish. I am trying to say sorry If I don't use you,maybe you can be in a future strip. if I do and you don't want me to let me know and I will anyway I am a horrible writer so here is where some of you come in. I propose a classic good guy bad vs. guy theme . The plot....someone or someone's is planning on stealing.....duh duh DUH!!!!! Closetgrowths Glass Slipper Strain keeping the genetics all to himself!!! Our Heroes. THCdude, with his magical logic 420 dust, Greenthumb420, with his Green Lantern like rip-off Green Thumb of Growth, and last but not least the mighty Herbsparky with the awesome power of the Hortilux 1000!!!!!! Our Villains. The one and only Harley Riding Fish Slapping...Mrs. B., Northlite with his poetry of confusion. ( I want you to write your own lines Northlite no one else can) Evilscuzzi with his White Widows of DEATH!!!! and Chopstick with his evil age old wisdom and street smarts. I will start sketching the characters tonight, and here is where you artist can lend a hand. Post any ideas for these characters you have. The crazier and livelier the better. SO writers and artists smoke a joint, have some sex, drink some coffee, screw a goat do whatever it is you do to get motivated and write or draw something.
I wonder what kind of character I would have in a sketch.. just a stoned artist I guess... **** it's best I can do with the weed I'm on right now.. kinda saps my thinking..

Great Idea!!!! I've alwayz wished that someone did a parody of Dune myself...the Spice Melange would be an MJ Superstrain; the Mentatz would be the tweekerz with "red stained lipz" and they consistantly talk too fast.... ...but you're comic strip idea is better....maybe u should have it syndicated in other Cannabis mags like say...High Xz... ...great idea 420 Solo...can't wait! [SIZE=12pt]Corruption in Growkind City[/SIZE] Everything was going well in growkind city.Since it's conception in 1997 people were hearing the word of a magical place just a few clicks away where knowledgeable growers could share information on the cultivation of cannabis.One senior member of the community know as CLOSETGROWTH during one his smoking sessions came up with a great idea.CLOSETGROWTH says: "man this monster strain not only packs on the buds and grows like crazy, but has a heavy body high.What would happen if i crossed that with hmmmmm cinderella 99! A plant that has a devastating energetic pshcoactive high that finishes in 90 days!" And so CLOSETGROWTH set out on his quest to create a new strain."Hmmmm he said"."what should i name it?" He decided to hold a big contest to name his new strain and a call went out to the whole community.Contest........stay tuned more to come.

CLOSETGROWTH puts the word out to the community to name his new strain.Meanwhile from the industrial part of town in a run down building that was previously a fish processing.Our evil villians..MrsB,Northlite,Evilscuzzi,and Chopstick are hatching a diabolical plan to snatch the seeds of CLOSETGROWTHS strain..................stay tuned

Its just a spoof so if we offend anyone, sorry in advance. I was thinking of taking Mrs B. Character and making her a Vigilante, not good not bad. What you think? So here are some origins and rundowns of our charcters so far: Herbsparky: Origin: Mild mannered electriction, working on a power line in a storm is struck by lightning and given amazing electricity powers!! Character : Is the leader type, kind of rambling on spouting phrases while the others fight. Evil Skuzzi. Origin. While experimenting with growth hormones on his W.W. a lab explosion transformed him into the living evil monster he is today!!!! Character: just pure evil Well thats it fo now, GTs got the story rolling. We need some more character origins. I need help with what closet and Mrs B. should look like. I would like to have your character be like the "Al Borland" on tooltime, while THC dude is laid back, and Herbsparky is is quoting people your holding our team together!!! [SIZE=11pt]TO WEBMASTER OR ANY MODS[/SIZE] Is it possible to make this thread a GKCOMIC development thread and a seperate thread or space for actual installments of the comic. That way people who just wish to read the comic and not ruin the story by seeing it come together can. Thanks We also need a a name for our bumbling Super Group. As well as an ensignia.
