    Hi all,

I've got a dp90 Secret Jardin propagator tent that I've used several times in the past when I needed a little temporary plant storage. Never used it with a fan before today. Since cannabis odor wasn't as much of a concern as keeping bugs out, I figured that I'd blow air into it with my spare 6" fan. Lots of air movement, maybe a little too much, but worth a try.

I let the fan run for about 2 hours, with the light off. When I returned, there was enough vinyl odor in the air to burn my eyes. Does this ever go away? Should I set up a carbon filter in the tent and pull the vinyl odor out through it?

My flowering plants are breathing the same air. :-(

I'd be worried about off gassing until you're sure it's not nuking the plants. for sure move the air.

My spare carbon filter is in the tent now, with air flow in the normal direction. No vinyl odor at all. Never thought I'd be using the filter for that.
