im 8 days into flowering and top of my plant grew into my light and burnt the top bud and tip of plant.. will it recover ok? my first grow.... thanks for the help rivvers
It might but either way dont worry about it. Your plant wont die. It will actually make it branch out if it hasnt already. Even get two tops
wow that sucks dude! remember if your going to be away from your grow for a period of time...make sure to anticipate for shit. It should be just fine, your plant def wont die. Just watch the lights!! peace
Handy tip... Also a handy and easy to use tip for your light heights ....place the bottom of your hand on top of your plant and if your hand feels hot or even very warm then your lights need raised...either that or you gonna have to go LST and tie it horizontally for extra space if you have none.Peace.May your first grow be the first of MANY.
A WAY TO JUDGE Distance!!! A way that iuse, and as you see "TA" himself uses thee exact same method as how to find the exact BEST point n hight for your lights to be above your plants , as we all know that the more light on your plants, the more yeild definately possible/Most likely to form!!! Place hand above plant and hold there for a mere minute, just to see how it feels on your bare skin, and that will give ya great indication on how far away the leaves n bush would.should love the plant to be!!!
