How long do I need to wait to plant seeds after harvesting them?

Ok. I got some Diesel Ryder seeds a few months back. I let them seed out so I could continue the strain. Anyone have any clue if I need to let the seeds rest a while before I put them in dirt?

    Thanks!

Once they have dried you are good to go. Try popping some of them. Make sure you store the rest of them properly.

Depends on how long they stayed on the living plant...to fully mature, it'as good to leave the plant a ccouple weeks AFTER it's ready to smoke. Then, cut the branches off but LEAVE the seeds ON the cut branches in a baggie. But if you already cut them at smokeable harvest time many will still be ok.

The first time I made seeds, I didnt know this and harvested at the regular time. My seeds were ok, but I had to plant 30 to get 12 to sprout. No big deal, since I had a million, LOL, but next time I left them on the plant two extra weeks and ALL of them popped.

Just let em dry good. Im sure you have PLENTY, so what the hell? go ahead and dump some in some water and see if they pop.

    Good on ya!

I am really glad that there are now forums like this.

I wish I already knew about this forum when I was attempting to grow some for myself.

Now I know what I did wrong, why all my 3 attempts to grow it in our backyard were all unsuccessful.

This time I know better I might try growing them again sometime soon. Thank you for the useful posts.:beerchug-2:
