i dont know if this has been asked before but who is a medical marijuana grower? as in a legal grower. i know sixonenine is. anyone else? and for those of you who live in a state that has MM laws, why arent you a MM card holder? just curious
well here in the UK its ok to grow medical, you can make your own id card or get one from the police, i only just moved from holland, and also just returned back from the city i was living and things change worldwide all the time. i WILL TELL YOU THIS IN HAWAII YOU CAN GROW 5 PLANTS FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE WITH A DOCTORS MEDICAL CARD, I THINKITS FREE. IN HOLLAND, IE MEDICAL WEED COSTS THREE TIMES MORE THEN COFFEESHOP WEED, BUT ANY SENSI B A BLE PERSON WOULD GROW. I GOT LOADS OF OTHER STORIES BUT, IM WATCHING NEWSNIGHT NOW AND JEREMY PAXMAN IS ON IMMIGRATION NOW, 1 PERSON EVERY 8 SECONDS IS DEPORTED FROM THE uk. CIAOCIAO TD BEM VOCE
I live in a med MJ state but I will never get my card. Reason being is that I like being off radar rather than on a 'list'. Besides...they get around the law by allowing seperate counties to make their own guidelines. My county has openly stated that they will never set guidelines.....this way the med MJ patient has no legal leg to stand on in court. While it SOUNDS wonderful....there are still so many ways the state can fuck you over. No thanks.....I'll stick to doing my own thing.
Pretty much the same here... Local law and state law, med mj is legal, but not federally. On a list, they're way more likely to knock on your door for a routine check. Here, the limit is 2 oz and six plants, which is actually a pretty small amount when you try to clone and whatnot...

What if they take the MJ cards away one day ....?? The first ppl who they would be keeping an eye one is the ppl who had one....naahhhhhh I rather grow outdoors and not have any worries. I agree wouldnt it be nice to grow legally...... If dreams came true....... I think the usa is slowly comeing around,, slowly... prisons are full of minor mrijuana charges I believe the price the goverment is paying each year to keep all of these people is straining the economy...Why would anyone advertise they can grow legaly????? :scream:
