Well I decided to fire up the Volcano Tubs for some quick smoke as I am getting a little low and want to make some more excellant hash. Problem was the clones I had left were in pretty sad shape. They have been in 7 inch hempys since last february and with the increase in farming I had not spent much time with them they were pretty salted out and ordinarily I would have just thrown them out. These plants were topped multiple times allowing 60 clones to live in a 24 inch high space. Ordinarily you can keep these like this for months before transferring to a main grow. Anyways they looked pretty sad on the start up. I decided to do black rose, Rooie Marie, Strawberry anethesia, Chemdog Blueberry, Lemon Thai and Lemonberry. The grow style is ebb and flo in lava cinders. 10 gallon tubs light planting this round. Nutrient gh on lucas formula running two 1k for now ON A RAIL! will plant two more tubs and fire another 600. Still have 3 more rooies and one Lemon Thai to plant in the last two tubs. This is simple ebb and flow folks. I dont have pumps or multiple hoses just the buckets ha ha I water with five gallon buckets which flood 10 gallon tubs. We are watering these beasties twice a day running the lucas 20 % Light. The Lava is very pourous and holds the water nicely hence only watering twice a day. There is 100 gallons of Lava cinders in this grow. After washing this shit I dont have any finger nails left believe me. start up...................... Now they are starting to kick in and get serious This is a black rose. I had 23 of these and they were so salted out they just would not take the transplant. I have two of these that survived. Did not think they would make it but they are comming around but I have babied the shit out of them. One problem I had with the Rose was they were so root bound that any attempt to clean the perlite out of them resulted in too much root damage. Cheers t6
I just now took these pics. Once they kick in the growth rate is fantastic. I was going to flower these short but fuck it I want TREES! You will notice I am running mh bulbs on these for the Veg. I run them a little high because the mh bulbs run about 5 degrees hotter on the room temps. After I switch to flower I will let them run within two inches of the tops with no heat problems This is how I get away from the heat running two 1k and two 600w lights with passive door intake vented to outside. Two conical adapters attached to each end that I had made to fit the fan. 1860 cfm Can Fan what a killer exhaust fan!! Too Bad I dont cut a 12 inch vent hose line in the Ceiling this thing would suck you right out of the room. T6....nice forrest ol buddy Me, personally thinks that water all that shit 2 times a day is completely insane.....with my RDWC systems....I empty 1 night, fill 20 mins later (4 systems) drop in a shot glass of PH down and a shot glass of H202 peroxide, toss in the nutes the next day and NEVER have to touch a thing till 6 days later.....its growing on cruise control man.......pure simple and EZ, cant be any easier, automatic #'s per month and auto $, always nice fresh dank treats But to each his own, I just know you have a serious dayjob goin on at all times and I know it would make life extremely easier on you, just my 2 pennies man asssit::thumbs-up:
CC I have this setup down to a science. I can mix 50 gallons of water for a new batch in 15 minutes and it takes me less than 6 minutes to dump em. I like the option of having differant plants on their own ressy and this setup grows way fuckin more now than I smoke. Cheers t6

thanks for all the replys guys!!!! Well they are exploding. Getting kind of crowded in here. The biggest Strawberry started to rh on me so had to turn off some of the fans. The Rooies have gone nuts also. They drink like they are on a wild drunk. Cheers t6
