Ok, boys, (and Canna ) now that I have your attention, I have a question about male and female plants. I figured how to solve my earlier dilemma of finding moms to clone and keep, because I'm not gonna start a full grow right now. I pulled clones off all plants and labeled them, then threw the big 'uns into flower, to watch the sex show So far half of them look like males. I've never seen balls before (I'm sorry, I can't stop!) so I'm sure I let them go too far, just to make sure I knew what I was looking at. I already pulled those 5 and sent them to their garbage disposal death (learned that tip from Lion!) I'm leaving the rest in there for a few more days, just to make sure. My clones are in another room, maybe 40 feet away. My question is this - once I've determined which are girls, and kept the clones, scrapped the large plants, do I need to clean my grow room? wipe down walls, and shit? Before I move the little ladies back in there? Will there be remnants of man-sperm on the walls, that could fuck up my little ones? GTWT :XXhippylove:

Wash the hell out of it. You are probably going to get a few seeds as you only gotta miss one little spot and any fans will disperse it in the room. Next time get those boys out of the room as soon as you see balls and dont wait till they burst. t6
Silly Bud. lol I'm a treehugger, man. I clean my whole house with vinegar water. Ok, so I'm understanding the importance of a clean room, and how seeds can get all over the place. Like I said before, my little clones are in a different room. At some point, I'm sure I went in where the males were, and then went into the clone room. These gals are teeny tiny right now, and they've got a long way to go before flower time. Are they at risk? GTWT :XXhippylove:
lol, I heard sex and came running. I appreciate you including me LOL. I'd mist it all down. A lot less chance of pollen spreading when you get it all wet. Wipe it all down with whatever you use, get it good and wet and you should really not have to worry TOO much more than that. Vacuum, etc. Your clones are probably not in much risk being in a different room and all especially if you have cleaned and washed your hands and they do not have many pistils at this point.
Yea, you got great advice already for your problem...but I'm saying this is the worst case of false advertising I have ever seen
