I've figured out how to help out the U.S. Illegal alien populution problem and all those people that need transplants. If an Illegal is caught in the country he is sent to a government run testing facility where all his vitals and blood test are taken to see if he should be sent to the dog food factory or the recycling plant. If the Illegal is OK for recycling he will be sent to another government facility where he will be harvested for organs for individuals who really need them. They ought to do that with child molesters, too. They get released from prison and go right back to doing it. I was watching a public service cable channel which shows mug shots of local sex offenders and the details of their convictions. They all had 7 or 10 or 15 counts, and one had 40 counts of child rape! And he was NOT wanted by the cops! He had been paroled!
