    I made similar stands in the past, I found it best to make the stand so the tray sits down in the pipe. And rests on the top horizontal edge of the tray. Having the center of gravity below the top of the stand makes it more stable

    But what you made looks like it works fine, nice job! :pimp:

    The stand is stable and the weight with water and plants is closer to 50 lbs.
    I do enjoy making things.

    How many gallons of water do you have in that tote? I have that same one and it holds 27 gallons which weighs a whole lot more than 50 pounds.

    I run 20 gallons in it. The table floods with 6 gallons.

    I removed the veg box that was in there for more room. I have a separate area for clones and mother plants.
