I am happy it passed for sure. From what I can gather they are going to be very and I mean VERY strict. Only well documented severe cases will get cards. They want to see legitimate attempts at other forms of relief. I do not believe they are issuing cards for phobias, insomnia, depression. Kust pain relief for near or terminal patients. I think thats a great thing and a step forward for the emtire movement. Just dont see the state issuing cards willy nilly. The MMJ will only be available from select pharmacies. Not dispensaries. we shall see once its implemented
It's not necessarily who gets access that's the big victory. It's the idea that we're one step closer to a plurality of States that support ANY med use of cannabis. When the tipping point hits the Feds will HAVE to reschedule. That's when the real fun begins.
