JB Grow Operation

Hello, this is my first official grow. I spent $3500 on the grow equipment and the best cannabis seeds.

I am growing 18 Mids Bag seeds,40 White Rhino,1 El Nino,1 Church,1 Lemon Skunk, and 1 Cheese Feminized seeds.

Very cool set up. I like it alot.


I've never seen anyone use those flood tables with regular soil. Does it ever cause problems? Dirt in the pump or whatever?!?!


You seem to have a great selection. I'm curious to see how that Cheese turns out.:drooling:

The flood tables have been working very well. I have a 20 gallon reservoir that I can just slide out from under the tray and dump out the door. So far Cheese is doing the best. Thanks for the comments.

Hey man, lookin good so far. I was was wondering, if you are willing to spend all that money, why the bag seeds? Not criticizing, just curious.:anibong:

 

Because the Mid Plants were originally going to be outdoor. But when I bought the tent, I had the setup but nothing to put in it. I recieved the White Rhino and others in the mail about two weeks later and I wanted to jumpstart the mids. So for now the mids are flowering under HPS. Until the rhino seedlings are big enough to be placed in 5 gallon grow bags instead. The mid plants will then be transplanted back outside to finish flowering.

 

Update White Rhinos at 2 1/2 weeks and Mids at 6 1/2 weeks.

Nice set up there! 2 questions though;


Have you been cutting the side branches off?


By flowering do you mean on a 12/12 light cycle? Just you dont seem to have a divider between the seedlings and the larger plants.

As I said before, this is my first indoor grow, so pardon the stupid ass questions. . But how long should I vegg them for to maximize yield? how do I know when to turn them over to 12/12 with the 3 hps's. And do I need to worry about the tents limited height with the Rhino's?

 

Plants that size I would veg with the HPS lights. The longer the veg the bigger the yield. Just plan for the plants to double in height during flowering.

 

Do I run them 24/0 with hps?

 

You can but ive never found vegging plants to grow any quicker whether on 24/0 or 18/6. I save the electric and use 18/6.

 

The only problem I have found with the grow bags is the soil will compact, and you will water and the water will run right down the side and right out the bag.


Other then that, everything looks awesome man!
