Hey Useless the Jila cuts are rooted and the Cough Drop too. The others seem to be rooting now. Heres a couple of shots. Jila turning green again and roots showing. Cough Drop in the front and one in the rear. The one in the rear Useless was completely yellow and is turning green again too with some roots showing also.
Glad they are coming along bro. Looks like they didn't enjoy the ride. Hopefully the others pop for you.
No. The afghan in them likes a lot of light, and anything under 16 hours will trigger them into spitting preflowers. Appears they didn't like the ride.
Useless, can you explain a little more about why the light less than 16 hours makes them throw pre-flowers? I had some plants do that outside last year.
I have found in a lot landrace indica's that they are used to the intense sunlight of dry desert regions. So intense lighting is a must. Also, a lot of times these strains are producing two or even three crops per year outdoors. Hence the sensitivity to photoperiods. The Uruzghan and the Lebanese we work with are prime examples. Either would be great outdoors in regions that require early flowering to finish before the cold sets in. Indoors, they require a lot of light and a solid photoperiod. These cuts don't need a lot of food, but handle heavy feed well. They also are much better at drought resistance than most hybrids bred for indoor growing. I'll pot some pics of the moms as soon as I get them uploaded. Edit* Jila on the left, Cough Drop on the right. Jila in flower. Starting to show her colors. Cheers
Damn Mrg. You are one lucky bastard!!! I told my wife about these and even she's excited about the description. :not-worthy:
