Market wise I'm a globalist, but that ends when a country seeking aid or open markets is despotic or enforces tarifs. Cut off all trade, all funding, all corporate interaction (which would reduce the wholesale rape of third world natural resources), all banking. It's a lose lose proposition. Do nothing and a despot is left to his own nefarious means.
