I thought I lost these seeds earlier this year and only found them a month ago, along with the sponge pots and bacto. I'll also be seeding this out. Ko Kush - Clones from F2 seed I made earlier this year from Sannies original KO Kush F4. I've got two different sets of clones that, even in their small veg state, stink to high heaven. This strain and the bubblegum pheno of killing fields have been my favorite out of all the stuff I have grown in the last couple of years. I'm looking forward to seeing the results. Lights - Germinating and veg under a T5, flower under a 1KW HPS light. Nutrients - GH three part, Useless formula. Grow medium - Perlite. Grow method - Hempy.
No, and I am mad as hell. That damn sponge pot is nothing but a gimmick. When I put them in there, I kept saying to myself that I should just germinate them like I normally do, should have listened to myself. I lost the jackberry x ko kush also. Fucking pissed, sannie can stick his gimmicks up his ass. Have I mentioned yet that I am PISSED THE FUCK OFF!!!!!? The lemonberry never even cracked, the jackberry cracked and then just stopped. These are the last of my cheese quake, I put them in the paper towel Sunday night, as you can see, they sprouted. Imagine that.
Well damn that just sucks. Thanks for sharing your results, you've no doubt saves me a making the same disappointment. I've always used the damp paper towel in a bag technique with damn near 100% germination rate. The Jackberry KO kush beans I popped the other day germinated & grew into the towel in just under 48 hours. Guess yours dried out huh. Cheers Duc
Yep, it totally blows. And they never dried out. I really think that dampening off got me... again. Every time I try to germinate a seed in a peat puck, spongepot, anything like that my seeds die. The paper towel works every time.
isn't there something about seeds, if they sink they won't germ or if they float they wont germ? I remember hearing that somewhere
Ive always done the paper towel method, since 4th grade, then i dugup my yard, got dirt, got a 2litre pop bottle, chopped it up, and tossed in the sprout into my mini greenhouse and boom, here we are over 8 yrs later!!! paper towel for life! yeeh eeh yea!
