Nothing to look at here. A bill that helps few and furthers a few politicians. The only State medical cannabis bill that does NOT allow actual plant material to be possessed by the user. Everything must be processed by an intermediary supplier into pill, liquid or vapable oil that a possible 5000 people *may* qualify to use. Gotta be dying or a seizure wracked child to get pot in MN.

Forget years of medical reviewed study or a millenia of historical use as an active herb. MN governor Dayton and cops know better and that durn weed will just kill ya dammit! Even seeing pot in a clinical setting can impart brain damage in school aged children don't-cha know. Here's all you need to know in one statement; John Kingrey, chief lobbyist for the Minnesota County Attorneys Assoc, "It's consistent with what we laid out."

Says it all don't it? This bill was written for, and passed on the sole express approval of, Minnesota Law Enforcement. We now have cops making the medical decisions for MN citizens. I'd rather it be a Dr meself.
