well in order to have a succesful "swap", you need to train your plant for the outdoor life, cause we all know that the outdoor is much more harsh than the indoor. THis is why we have such strong plants outside, the wind and the torture they go through everyday, and everytime they get some punishment, they always regain even more strength then before. SO in order to get your plants strong for the outdoor, you need the plant to get amune to it. So, i'd say a week prior to swaping them outdoor, make sure everyday you put them outside in the sun and in the wind for a little bit, not too long, and then put them back indoor. THen everyday you keep them outside for longer each day. This goes on for a week minimum. THis will allow the plants to get used to the strong sun, and the strong weather...once you do this, it will have a safe life outdoor with no problems...

    Hope this helps...

Good luck and let us know how it goes...

But remeber this tip, its not safe to do the opposite, outdoor plants have way too many deseases and once planted indoor they will get spider mites and all sort of problems...SO dont..lol

I would suggest that if you take your plants outdoors, you should use a 6"or 12" humidity dome with small holes on the sides for air.The dome helps for when there are at cold temps and to help germinate small plants long enough for the begining of summer.

Hellboy, that doesnt make sence, since when you put them outside, they will need to be very strong, and if you leave a humidity dome on, then the day you take it off, they wont be strong, and the wind will blow them right over. Its better to put them out a few hours at a time, and let them adjust, then transplant them and they will be healty strong mj babys. Good luck to everyone, and Peace.

Actually the domes are used to germinate your plants for only 2-3 weeks, then you can transplant them and do as you please.

Im going on a vacation and Im putting mine outside, they just showed sex within this week, (females) and in three weeks I have to put them outside for a week, should I do what Danno said and put them outside for a little bit everyday? The problem with that is in my area I really dont have anywhere to put the for "just a few". I have someone imparticualr coming down to take them to there place while im gone.

For a few weeks use a dome, let the temps get warmer, then you can do as Danno suggests. Its not that I dont agree with him its just the fact that when you begin germination , humidity domes make your plants germinate alot quicker and then you could make the plants get use to the fact that its going to be cold at times and windy.
