ok, so i had a borg infestation, used neem.....on kolas about a month ago.... had to. the borg went from veg room and got into flower area with a vengeance... i was keeping them under control with dish soap and water solution, but needed to GET THEM GONE. neem does this in a few generations.....the population cant breed, therefore dies off.....(kinda like white folks) my Q: it is harvest time... the frost is the right color, the timing is good, the nutes are flushed.....but my samples indicate i have some neem residue on them...[define "samples indicate"....tastes like poopoo] so i WILL chop, but the question is, should i dunk the colas in a dish soap and water solution, and gently hope it takes some neem with it, or do i just fuckin' weep, and smoke shitty tasting stuff{4 those of you that have an uncanny ability to state the painfully fucking obvious, i know that some frost will be lost in the water} but this is my biggest yielding plant to date, (in spite of all my troubles) and have had to fight mold, lockout, the borg, a bad batch of superthrive, and two written requests to enter the apt by landlord.....i have overcome all. ......but neem isnt yummy. i know this wont be my best stuff, but neem isnt yummy.......neem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummyneem isnt yummy.....:new_2gunsfiring_v1::qright5: any help is appreciated. asssit:

Lesson learned. Don't spray near mature buds with anything much less an oil based product. Methinks they be a lost cause. Water cure (blech!) or make hash. That's about it. Ignoring the other crap. We've had too much drama around here lately. cheers,
lesson learned. oil based product. water cure = nastay. drama. agreed. so you think a gentle dip in soapywater, (to beak up neem) and a rinse in phwater will be worse than water cure?
Neem is great on vegging plants. I use neem, and I don't know of any way to clean the buds after they are sprayed-. peace. G_B

Dunno. Never had to learn that particular lesson. Ph isn't going to matter tho. I suppose a water cure is worth a try, you've got nothing to lose. Soap may just add another layer of flavor by infusing the vegetable matter tho. If that doesn't do it for you then you can always resort to hash later.
