    hey all,
i have some new clones and i was suppose to send them out into the wild this evening, but now it is going to rain all night. THe soil at the site has not yet been watered so it needs to be moisten up before putting the plants in. Can i jsut put my new clones outside, and then let the rain water everything?? i just dont want to bring them out, water them, and then have it rain...what should i do?
may i remind you these clones have not been broken into the outside weather. will the rain harm them?

danno(if I'm not on ignore ;) ..)..IMO, clones need to be acclimated before they go OD. Nature is severe, in comparison to an ID environment. Wind, rain, even the sunshine are intense. They may not die, but it is punishing.

Wait till after the rain the day it stops go that night the soil will be nice and the plant will start to be good the roots wont go into shock if the soil is wet u have to water ne thing after u transplant or els the roots go into shock and ur plants die

i agree hic, but the thing is im getting the clones toniht no matter what. so im going to be stuck with clones that are indoor with no light. Also, it is going to rain today and tomorow. Should i keep the clones in my house with no light for a few days or put them outside in the rain?? im kinda stuck here cause im definatly not keeping them in my house geting no lightt. Perhaps i could keep them in a inclosed area (like a greenhouse) outdoor until the rain stops. but i jsut want to get them to the site already. I dont think that they will die, but i do agree that they need to be "broken in" before placing them directly outside in the ground. Maybe im just gonna do it anyway, this way i wont have to water them when i transplant...lol

Hey Danno I ran into the same prob last week. I just put them outside in a box and taped polly over top. Like a littl greenhouse. Man they have grown a ton since and no problems. They came from indoors under floros 24/7.

i ended up putting them outside after in rained. but it might rain tomorow for the whole day so il haveto see. i didnt water them because the soil was moist enough, but ill go back tomorow and water them if it doesnt rain. Hopfully it is a soft rain, and hopfully tomorow i still find my marijuana plants there...lol

anyways ill get some pics soon, hopfull those strong little buggers survive!!

    thanks
