Hello I have 1 plant outside in 4" pot about 8" - 10" tall budding. it has not grown an inch in a couple of weeks, since it flowered. Can i transplant to a bigger pot during the budding stage and could i put it in side under HPS after being out side for 2 months. thanks for any info
well rodge, the four inch pot is restricting the plant to grow taller, the roots are probably very long and close together. If you were to change pots, you could damage roots, and also once put into flowering the plants begins to slow growth after about 2 weeks of budding. Perhaps if you swithc pots it might not make a diffrence this far into budding. I say you flower this bad boy indoor with the hps, and see what happends...but i wouldnt count on the plant to grow anymore if you switch pots, better to plan ahaid next time.... hope this helps....good luck!!!
Thanks Danno33, Its wasnt planned had 13 plant only 12 fit in my box so i put one out side and forgot about it. when i found it i noticed it was flowering. So i thought i would try to help it out any way i can. i would put a pic up but dont know how. i'll put one up in my garden #3 rodge420 if ya like to see it. thanks again
but one more thing i forgot to add...when a plant has been outside and u wish to bring it inside, there is a chance that your plant can be infested with all kinds of deseases( due to the fact it has been outside) and it isnt a bad thing, but if you bring it indoors with all your other plants, then they can get infested too and you might get mites....not a good thing...so be aware of what you are doing...maybe jsut keep it outside for the remaining time that it has...wont make much of a diffrence...
