Mr. Thumb harvested our plants a little over a month ago (I am out of town) and dried and cured everything. He shared a little with a couple of friends who do NOT know we grow. We tell them there's a guy that comes through with fresh herb, drops some off every so often. So a friend of a friend has some (these guys are daily smokers) and says this is "textbook case of pretend-ica". WOW, this is the same stuff we grew last time, it actually looks and smells better than the first time, and then this guy basically insults the BF to his face, unknowingly. The actual friend said he barely even got high. I haven't had it yet, I'm not home yet, and mr thumb doesn't smoke very often anymore (work) he said it tasted great, he got high, so WTF? Is there anything that could've happened during the grow/dry/cure stages that would make it that weak? He harvested at around 70% amber, so it was definitely time to chop.... We both expect a much different reaction than that - how about: wow, that's good shit, that's nice and fresh, etc etc. What gives? GTWT :XXhippylove:
cut them off your own, buy swag and feed that to them, tell them its highgrade of some sort, brag about how high ya get, smoke one with them saying over and over again "fuck am I high! see didnt i tell you it was fuckin awesome". and then charge them an arm and leg for it. they'll go away happy as pigs in shit dipshits dont deserve better if they think its pretend-ica
I've met a few of those kinda people. They are called "Haters". They want to always talk down on someone else's stuff even if they don't know you grew it, it makes them feel better to make it sound as if they always smoke better buds than everyone else. There is always "that guy" that knows everything about weed and you'll never convince him otherwise. Let it roll of your back.
I like the head high with the cloudy trichs!!! But you will find as ras said some people will definately down grade your stuff. They forget the brick weed days. If you like the high to hell with them smoke up!! Cheers Teamster6
Me too, normally wouldn't wait that long, something had happened, and he didn't get to it as soon as we would've liked. Thanks for the support guys. I know dickheads like that though, they always have to one-up whatever or whoever. Still makes a new grower kind of feel like poop though, I thought we did really good this time. Ok heres what you do with them guys, or THAT guy Cut him off!!!!! Then when he goes shopping around and finds theres brick and pressed up junk out there, he'll come RUNNING back, begging!!!!
