im more concerned with the effects of having a mixture of all kinds of who knows what(oil and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in particular) floating around on the surface of a bunch of oxygen and hydrogen. who really knows whats condensed at the bottom of an oil well at that depth in the earths crust. you can be sure they werent expecting to find h2s when the first well spontaneously combusted... what if theres something down there that has a similar reaction with water? bible talks about the worlds oceans turning to fire... its possible however probable, the possability is there. and yes i am a disestablishmentarianist, so anything bigger than a small business in my mind is the devil. BP is satan himself in my mind.
dont forget there are over a 1000 places in the ocean that are leaking the same oil....so its also a natural thing as well... somehow i dont think bp meant to do this and i am sure they are sorry about what happened...sometimes shit happens...i have not heard a reason this happend that can be traced to human error...i am sure there are humans responsible but have not heard who or what yet... just my 2 cents worth... hey gg...you referencing the bible? man they had this same problem 2k years ago as well...not a new thing....

OH skuzzi BP isn't american orginally british petroleum. Still based in the UK to this very day. Even though after buying ARCo and a few other smaller companies BP now stands for Beyond Petroleum most americans don't know what Petro is...DSP
That origanal company was British Petroleum yes. It was a british company but now a majority of BP share are traded on the american stock market. It droped the name Birtish Petroleum abot 15 years ago when it started trading on the american stock market. Noone has called it British Petroleum until Obama started calling it that a few months ago. It looks bad when american companies start polluting american soil
