anyone grew out any romulan beans from federation?are they worth the money?i've had romulan before and liked it,just not sure if the beans are any good.any opinions?
Federations Romulan is the Dogs Bollox. Look for the rare lanky "sativa" pheno for a stellar cerebral high to accompany the numbing body stone. The indica phenos (which is what you will mostly see) are total body crushers. Very little in the way of the brain imo. Either are good smoke, just depends on what you are looking for. I am currently, ( and I mean at this very moment) smoking a bong load of Juno - a rare sat pheno as described above of the romulan. Just chopped her 2 weeks ago. Good smoke, shitty yield.
A friend of mine did, very tasty smoke and good yielder. Probably the indica pheno cuz as useless said it was very stoney. This was back in 2000 so I don't know how the current stock is.
i read that it is on its 7th backcross,though i must admit that i have no idea what bearing that has on it with my presently lame knowledge of genetics. i very much appreciate the info smarmy and useless.i think that may be the one of the strains i'm going to get on my next order.if you 2 agree then i can't lose,just have to keep an eye out for the sativa pheno.thanks guys
From what I've read, the original Romulan is only available in clone. The Federation seeds being sold have been backcrossed with White Rhino.

What he said. another breeder offers Romulan - not back crossed to the white rhino, is offered by a canadian seed bank though I may look for it later when I have more time. Though I have heard great things about Mikado, which is offered by federation. Always wanted to try it.
Well, I think because of the Sat pheno it is a cross and not clone only. I never heard Romulan being a clone only before. But I certainly dont know everything. I wouldnt expect a Sat pheno from an indica clone only x wr. But who knows. Federation is straight up. Their UBC Chemo is fire. I thought Rom was a Chemo x ???? originally. (But not WR that I can remember). Hygrade, I tried to tell you about the TW from GHS. It's about as real as the Acme company in the Roadrunner cartoons. Bet you feel like Wiley E Coyote right as he realizes the Acme product he just bought backfired, while his eyes bug out during that split second lapse of gravity before he plunges down into the valley below. Was going to pop into your thread, but didnt want to rain on your parade. I'll save you the trouble, the Cheese isnt the Cheese either. Its Big Budda's Cheese, not an S1 of the clone. BB's Cheese is the clone x Afghani. And you can tell in the offspring. It seems the GHS cheese is a femmed version of BB's outcross, not the clone. It has a significant portion of afghani flavor and structure. Nothing at all like the Cheese I have toked before. My friend that grew both of these got a bunch of different phenos (6) from a pack of 10. None resembled the real Cheese to me. It sucks. And now I see GH is doing a Bubba Kush and Chemdawg. LMAO. Buyer beware on those. If you want CD or Kush seeds, let me recommend Krytponite Seeds. They are a collective of experienced growers, with VERIFIED cuts, and actually test the seeds.

I was looking at anything from Federation, or TW, but, on a whim, went with HashPlant. I'll have to order something from F soon and let you know.
Kryptonite seeds are like impossible to come by. they haven't had anything on the bay for a while now. Which sucks cuz their crosses sound fuckin' sweet.
yeah i can't find anything available from them either.they do have some lovely crosses listed though and some serious mothers.have to keep checking on them i guess.
