sup!!! i have 2 grow containers both with 6 plants in. 1 container has clay balls with the plants in growdan the other has the plants just in 2 growdan blocks each (a much smaller root space.) the ones with a smaller root space seem a lot denser and are more neet in growing formation and i was thinking of putting double the amount of plants in next time. so i'm basically asking for some opinions on root restriction on size, does anyone know their stuff wen it comes to that!?!?

With regards to root ball size's.  The bigger the better.  All I know is that when the roots become potbound your plant will grow no higher.  Allow the roots as much space a poss, let them dangle down or give them some spreader mat to help them find there way.  Also if you can try to give each root ball its own space, if it's mixed with others, the other root balls may be stronger and take the nutes first, leaving the weak to get weaker,  by giving them there own space will help you dish out feed & water to each of them evenly.
