im in my 5 week of flowering and i got some nice buds growing here .My question is to quickin the flowering, or just add more trichomes can i turn the lights (400HPS) from 12/12 to 12/13 ,,,,13 hrs of darkness that is . i think i can harvest in 8 weeks so i want to try to harvest in 7 weeks will i have the buds at that light setting that i would if i kept it at 12/12 for 8 wks will that work or should i wait ?
Just leave them on 12/12. Longer dark times are not going to make them finish up faster. They get done when they are done. I've tried damn near every time cycle you can think of and if there is any difference...it's not enough to notice.
