i have always misted my plants with water and recently started to spray the budding plants with soda water since i dont supplement co2(i have only1 to 4 budding plants at a time) my question is is the spraying smart? and how often with the water and soda water if it helps?

I don't think that spraying water on or near your buds is smart..in veg yes..in flower NO and a big NO..especially later flower when bud rot happens at the slightest drops of water...literally!

why wouldnt you spray some water on it?...doesnt it rain in nature?...I have never grown outdoors, so are you saying that if it rains outside, then you will get bud rot?...I dont think that would be true...its nature...what is so wrong with it?

oaky man whatever.......and yes outdoor grower's every year experience lost yeild due to varying degrees of bud rot...I have grown outdoors before man..

Also indoor strains are not as resistant to bud rot as outdoor strains are...that's why i say not to spray late in flower..... :)

The soda water is fine to do just keep it off the buds!
