Upset with Doc Chronic

I've had several dealings with the Doc and have never had any problems, BUT they seem to have ripped me off this time. I can't get any response to my emails and it's been almost a month since I ordered. I recommend you think twice before placing an order with Doc Chronic. BEWARE! They'll take your money, knowing you can't do anything about it.

There was another post recently about this. That sucks. you had a bad experience. Try The Attitude.

 

Thanks, guys! I HOPE I am premature in my judgement of the Doc. I will continue to wait patiently while this large, busy company does its thing.

It's been 7 weeks and I have received NOTHING. $240 they ripped me for!

I just ordered from The Attitude last week and I have been tracking my shipment. It hit the New York sort facility on 4/29, it's now 5/3 and there has been no change in status since the 29'th. I'm a little worried now. My last order took 10 days total and seemed to progress through the tracking system faster. I just hope it gets here. I chose the guaranteed shipping option, so if it doesn't they will resend it, but I hope I don't have to go through that.

Thanks for the heads up on the Doc. They should have at least apologized and made you believe they got snagged en route. No response is unforgivable.


I've never ordered from Doc Chronic, and due to this and other similar issues I've seen posted over the years I never will.

Mary...get someone to e-mail the doc. Preferably someone who has ordered before from them and is in there system...Have them complain that there good friend got ripped from them and have that person claim they will never do business again and will make it there goal to spread around how they have trated your friend Mary. It might take some working but I think it can be done. If I owned a business and started getting e-mails from someone else about how I ripped off this person I'd be nervous...nervous It would spread and i'd lose business.


I've ordered many times from the attitude. Always happy.

 

Just an update on my Attitude order. The status has been updated and my package cleared customs and is leaving NY on it's way to Cali. All is well. :thumbsup:asssit:
