Also have a vaporbrothers and loved the results. Too bad it just stopped working in the first month. Worked fine one day, next day did not produce heat. Still under warranty but email takes a week plus to respond. Sent it back and was told it would be fixed and on it's way back in two weeks. Didn't come back and now I find myself again waiting a week for an email response. Would like to think this is not a common problem with vaporbrothers but I have seen other forums mentioning repair problems.
