I hung my plants as usual after cutting them down. However, I had to leave for a few days and now they are over-dried! They still need to be trimmed some more and I'm worried that I will lose a lot of Tri-chomes! What can I do? Should I mist them a litt;e bit? They are in a small closet. PLEASE HELP!! I know I can help them "AFTER" there trimmed, I just add a few drops of H2O around the container or bag and they moisten back up. Any feedback is appreciated. THANKS!

place them in a bag/jar and place a moisture tab with them or place a piece of apple, orange peal. your only going to putting moisture on the outside of the buds once they are dry and the cells will not fully refill.

beings they are dry when you handle them make sure that you have a news paper under them to catch any goodies that will fall off of them.

    Imo

I would not use fruit...I think it leaves a nasty smell after awhile...for a small amount of bud just put the bud in a jar...get a little pice of tissue and get it wet..then squeeze out most of the moisture...tape that to the top of the jar, and check it EVERY HOUR OR TWO...i cannot tell you how many times people have left it in overnight and it was WAY TOO WET the next morning...the moisture dispurses QUICKLY!

Place a couple fan leaves if you still have them in there, won't do anything weird like fruit and will moisten it.

If the stem does not snap but bend put weed in glass jars and burp them 2 times a day for 3 months, or less if you desire a lesser cure.

If it snaps ROLL ONE FOR ME

I'll post it again. The only way...IMHO the only way....to safely and efficiently restore lost moisture is Boveda packs. They sell them at ALL tobacconist shops for $4. Use a 65% or 69% humidity pack. They are safe and biologically sterile.

Put them in your cure jars and in a few days the buds will be spongy and fresh.

    rehydrate

I just put a small piece of sponge in the jar until they rehydrate works great and then remove it. Cheap and works great.

Hmmm, that boveda product seems like a life saver product haha. I have successfully used the paper napkin and sponge deal. It works great IMO. I was never a fan of the fruit peel thing cause it would drown my herb with the fruit smell and could even taste it while smoking from time to time.

To each their own on this. You really can't go wrong if its your own smoking delight.

I was lead to using LETTUCE over 15 years ago.....its pure moisture and as you all know lettuce has no taste or smell, its always worked the best for me, leave it in the bag for a few hours and presto!

I'll second that one for short periods. Pull a stoner and forget it's in there makes a bit of a mess.
