water cloning?

    hi peeps ive so far failed in trying to clone in rockwool. i was wondering about water cloning? do ijust put the clones in a cup of water under lights? or do i need to put cling film or something around the cup? can i just put the cup in a dome without cling film? please help thanks

    Make a bubbler cloner. It is easy and really cheap (under 30 bucks). If you look in past threads under the DIY section you will find what you need. I made one and it works great! Good luck

    bubbler cloner is probably the best/cheapest thing you could do. and it works GREAT.

    Cheapest is a wick cloner.


    build it in 5 minutes from your trashcan and throw it away when you're done.


    works like a charm.

    I got the trays for $1 each, I had the perlite and Tiki wicks so mine cost me $4. Mine is smaller than Grat3fulH3ad 's so I only get about two dozen in mine. I also made a real small one out of food storage containers that's good for a half dozen, uses one wick and takes up very little space. I think I read that some guy even rolled up paper towels for the wicks if you can't find Tiki torch wicks. So far I've had 16 out of 16 clones with this method. Not nutes, no cloning gels/powders, just fresh tap water.
