    Thinking about it....my oldest swore she would grow a penis until she was 3 years old. Even insisted on peeing standing up and trying to squeeze a stream like the boys. Now at 19 she's the girliest girl imaginable. Some parents need to be culled and their children saved.

    No, parents are being brainwashed in to thinking its OK to allow an eight year old to make life changing decisions. An eight year old child can hardly pick out their own clothes in a timely manner yet they are old enough to say I need a sex change? I have to believe the courts will step in to save the day, everwhere except for CA that is. Hell, CA will probabley be willing to use tax payer dollars to pay for the procedure.


    I'm with Res, it's time to cull the parenting herd a bit. OK maby a lot.

    My clinical child psychologist sister drove me to the doc today and we were talking about this. The parents are insane.


    18 month old child says "I a boy". Mom treats her as a boy for the next 6 years thereby reinforcing the child's self image as a boy. The fuckin' kid doesn't know the god damned difference! She is what her mommy reinforces! It's no wonder the kid hasn't waivered....mommy reinforces it!


    Modern medicine is a fucked up place today. How is this even ethical? How does this freak of pathological gender reassignment even have a license? Somebody quick shoot the sons of a bitch's before they ruin more lives. This borders on the worst child abuse I can think of.

    this is about the same as the parents who had lousy parenting and thought they are 'just fine' so they ignore their kids and let them grow up to be a menace to society.. and the trend continues.


    I hope I never have kids. Both sides of my family are so fucked, I'm afraid the kid will be predisposed to being a fuck-up.


    But hey, at least the child didn't wanna be a hermaphrodite

    I have a lot of different thoughts on this. I have seen it before. I don't think surgery on such young children is the way to go but I also don't think they should be forced to wait until 18. None of this "grosses me out" or "pisses me off", it only makes me sad for the children who are not happy with the way they are born.


    Oh, and I don't want kids. So I will hopefully never have to deal with this.

    I find the whole matter very disturbing.


    Canna, I find it hard to believe that a child as young as eight is developed enough to make such a life changing choice.


    I'm sticking to my story that this is an example of fucked up parents who are caught up in the world of political correctness and all the bullshit that goes along with it.
