I was wondering how old my plants have to be to safely transplant them outside. they are in a container about 4 sqr inches and they have been sprouted for about a week now

On the east coast best time to transplant outside is after the last frost late april early to mid may is the best time to put them out 2 in the Pink One in the Stink
