    Despite the big money in the pharmaceutical industry, this story has two major problems.


    1. It protects the generic brand, but not the original maker. Why not both? If you are creating a drug or making a generic out of it, why aren't you liable?


    2. Why the FUCK did the FDA approve a drug with this kind of side effect? Do they not employ fucking scientists and the like!?
