bushyness comes from the strain. having the light closer to it reduces the plants stretching upward, making them not grow as tall. i lst'd my plant and the stem got a LOT thicker, i reccomend doing it as early as possible.
this is my plant at a lil over 2 weeks, and recovering from a fall. it gets 12 or so hours of daylight and at nite it comes in under around 150w of CFL lights. i keep light on it 24/7. EVERYTHING has something to do with how your plant grows. /monthly_2006_04/indica0.jpg.65950081147e07b3a92dda22f214864d.jpg /monthly_2006_04/indica0.jpg.a508920b31fa245d589296b5541fc4a1.jpg
If you want your weed plant to grow, stop cutting it! Indicas already grow short and bushy, and that plants nowhere near tall/old/big enough to top. I would give it a few more weeks and see where it heading. Some plants do grow bushier when you top them, but the buds will be smaller (although there will be more of them). If you u let it keep growing, you wont have as many bud sites but the buds will be bigger...so it all really evens out, depends MAINLY on how much vertical/horizontal space you have. Other then that, verrry nice looking indica! KUTGW!
He "topped" it (cut the main stem), this makes it grow out instead of up. Thats why its ultra bushy. Go for the "bonsai" KBMan, LOL flower it when it is like 8'' tall
