Got any good ideals where to buy a silk screen, I went into hobby shops, and looked over town, the last place I can look in the Internet, but damn I thought I would find a place that would sell it.
I had trouble finding it also but I finally found some at an art supply store, but they had only one type and the mesh was too tight and very little keif fell through, so I decided to buy on line. Here is where I bought my silk screen already on the frame. I got the 8.5" x 12" model: http://www.ryanrss.com/Store/subcat2results.tpl?cart=11976753731829192&catsuid=16&category=Cap%20Screens&page=1&rskip=F If you just want the nylon mesh, go here and click on the "Mesh 60 inch 110 White Mess" You should only have to buy one yard: http://www.ryanrss.com/Store/subcat2results.tpl?cart=11976753731829192&catsuid=4&category=Mesh%2060%20inch&page=1&rskip=F
Just going to say me and a buddy tried the panty hose method the other day after seeing this thread. I had some trim I had stored over at his place and we wanted to make some hash but couldn't find his bubble bags and didn't feel like the hassle of blender hash. let me just say it work very well for what it is. We just used a quart size ball jar with some cheap ass panty hose that cost $1 at wal-mart and used a golf ball inside beacuse it was the only ball we could find. I worked out pretty damn good I must say. We used a plastic bag from wal-mart about half way full maybe a little less and got just almost 3gs. I will say quality wasn't of the bubble bags but for the ease and cost factor this is an awesome method.
Cool. It's good to hear that it works well with trim. I only did it this one time using buds. I'm sure Bubble Bags or a tumbler would work even better, but like you said, for the price and ease of construction, it's a pretty good deal.
