guys its time to get off the bandwagon. stop mobbing this guy already, he might no listen to all advice, but he didn't deserve you guys ruining his thread. If you don't like the guy or are frustrated with him, or you're pissed that he's leaving after you helped him, tell him that, but don't do it by bul the guy. chaz, I'd say stay around, but you can do what you want....most here are trying to help, even those you are claiming to be dicks, they do and will help. Lighten up, not everyone can be in a good mood all the time and if you think someone is being a dick...pm them and tell them so or ignore them...like I said about the cloning, even Midnight who did bust a little balls posted pix for you of a bud being cloned...so he was trying to help and teach you something. Either way good luck, hopefully you learned something here...if not than we as a community are doing something wrong. I learned a lot from the Corps, sometimes it wasn't the way I wanted to learn, but I learned it none the less.

On that same note, Chaz if you don't like what someone says then learn to bite your tongue before you start a flaming war. I, for one, think Chaz should stick around. He just needs to listen and learn. If you don't know how to do something and people are telling you how to do it, you just don't ignore them and go out and say to yourself "Hey this looks like it will fix things. I don't know what it is or what it does, but I just know it will work. Oh shit, what the hell just happened? Hey guys, can you fix this? Thanks! Hey this looks like..." If your asking, do what is suggested. We've all asked the questions and followed the advice and have reaped the benefits of the advice of good growers. That's how this is suppossed to work. I know I'm an asshole a lot of times, but arrogant people tend to piss me off. I've even offered decent advice to Chaz on more than one occasion even after he ignored it and kept asking the same questions. Some people just can't be helped. If Chaz wants to learn the right way to grow for his best results, this is the place. Hell, I'll even take a ban on responding to his posts. I don't really give a shit. I've tried to ignore posting in his threads but I kept reading them, hoping he'd listen to a lot of the people that helped me. But noooooooo. Sometimes people just need to be called on being an arrogant dick. Ok, before I get all worked up, after all I'm and "old fucktard", I'll just say it again, Chaz don't leave because of me. Thanks guys. Yes in the past I haven't taken that much advice and I appoligize for that as well. I love GK over the few months i've been here. Shit I probably still be on my first grow if it weren't for yall. But you do have to admit lately I have been taking all the advice I was given. This all came up about the electricity thing, and I did everything everyone suggested, elevated the pumps, went one by one to find the culprit, just like nippie said. About the cloning, sorry, I was confused on the picture that was posted. It just looked like a mutation. Well now this thread is trashed, so I'll just take a back seat and watch yall for a while. I'm already working on my next grow, taking your guys advice, ditching everything and just going straight hempy to dial my skills in. for the name calling and childish acts, that really is not in my nature. and LV that pic did help. That's a good plan :thumbsup::thumbsup:. Hempy is REALLY easy. I'm kinda new to hempy myself and have enjoyed learning and am still learning. The only thing I have found that I don't like is the fact that perlite gets everywhere! Don't every drop a 2 cubic the foot bag of the shit. I've been sweeping it up for a month now. Peace....
lol. Thanks Dlr42. Question I started in rapid rooters for germinating. 5 out of 5 popped. Should I wait until I see roots actually coming out of the rapid rooter before placing the plant in the party cup sized perlite cup? That's what I was figuring would be correct, but thought I'd ask.
Throw them in a cup, make sure you don't drowned them by having your whole to high or your RR to low if that makes sense. You don't want to the bottom of the RR sitting in the ressy of the cup
Ya, give um a day or two and then plant them. Add water and wait. We all know how u are with waiting, :kidding:. You'll be able to tell when the roots hit the water, the plants will take off quick. Peace....
chunky perlite here, not the stuff from Garden Center or Lowes, I only find the chunky at Hydro stores. But great point about the V, don't use a cig if using the smaller perlite, unless you like cleaning up messes

And do I actually take the plant out of the cup or just cut the bottom off the cup, and make a hole a put the whole cup in the 3-5 gallon bucket? Okay, I get the V but what are you talking about when you say "where it says solo"? I bought the shit from Lowe's. It is Miracle Grow Perlite.
