Aside from a few states, just one plant can be whatever they want. Same goes for ten. You start getting over obvious personal use and you got little left of a case. The good thing is, federally, they are mostly prosecuting (having you plea) for taxes and not the majority of the drug.
I managed to get the purple wreck and the critical jack out today, I did Blue Dream and Pineapple Express yesterday. The Jack has been giving me alot of issues since its so dense and leafy. Well I fixed that today. I tied down alot of branches and opened the plant up. I moved some plants around in the tent, everything looks great at this point. Just don't kid yourself. Minimum sentencing is just that, minimum. It has nothing to do with felony charges or not. Minimum if you get charged with felony cultivation is a $5000 legal bill, couple years probation, random piss tests and a bitch of a time getting hired for anything mainstream. You don't skate because you avoided minimum sentencing. The wrong judge and county attny could still fuck you up. The other piece is with all the lights, tents, gear, you're gonna be under utilizing everything with only ten plants. Any bust will document the amount of gear and be used to ascertain whether you were small time for yourself or not. All that gear leaves little question in the eyes of LEO regardless of plant count. Then think about that 2lb number. That's your own stash, everything curing, everything vegging (weighed whole) and everything in flower (weighed as an entire plant often including the roots by most cops) 2lb's ain't shit to reach with a 1000w HID and weighing entire growing plants.

Anywho... On to the next week's feeding update: - I have moved some stuff around in the tent and ever since I got rid of the scrog I drilled holes in all my netpots and tied down certain areas that were not getting any penetration at all! :BangHead: I also put my 240W LED in the tent for some extra spectrums and to handle the heighth of by Blue Dream. I can keep it 3"-4" away with no adverse affect :flipando:. Since no one saw my posts I just went off the last advice given to me, "Feed them at week #3 and go from there". The Pineapple Express will 100% be the first one to be done. It's one of the youngest and most advanced in flowering. I was thinking about just giving it week #4 flower, but it's in the same system as the purple wreck. (I could move them around and feed at diff weeks, but I thought I'd keep everything at the same pace.) I didn't even want to take pictures of the seedlings cause they have made no progress what so ever, I tried feeding them again this morning at like 35%, guess we'll see what happens. It still doesn't seem like the roots have hit the res yet, and that seems odd after beign in there over a week.... Okay I got ya. I've never thought of it like that. I won't EVER go there again. Feed the normal schedule (week 5 or whatever you are on) but look at them again in two weeks when oyu would normally flush. You may wish to feed for an extra week or two if the plant allows you too (you don't want 50% amber then try to feed....this is where exper helps, but you should be able to get an idea of when they will be done by the trichs) can you lower the light any? What watt and how far is that light? Remember flowering plants can take a lot more light than seedlings/veg

Christ I thought they haven't grown in a month. A week is nothing. Depending on how deep they have to get, about 10 days is when you should notice them to start to take off, then, duck. You'll be off to the races. Remember, you only want to keep the roots a little damp so they'll reach down to get their water, otherwise they'll get "lazy" and just seem to stay where the water is.
I took Lv's advice before you posted Nippie. I thought you said they weren't ready for week 6 nutes though too? I think these things got a good 5-6 weeks to go. I don't want to lower the light any, it is at 22" above the main canopy, and the 240W LED is 6" above the Blue Dreams highest cola to get some extra spectrums and better penetration. The 240 covers a 2.5x2.5 area. If I'd lower the canopy the whole canopy wouldn't get even light, the outsides would do nothing or turn to fluff. All the grow room calculators I've used said this is optimal for what I'm doing. 8570 lumens per square foot or 57 watts per square foot. - Even thought I went back to week 3 nutes, I got the PPM up cause I think they can take it. Running them around 1400-1500 PPM, they love it. Damn there you are! I did follow your advice and fed at week 3, just bumped the PPM's up a bit. Everything in the flowering tent is on day 39 today. On the seedlings, it's been 3 weeks and 1 day since they got put under the 400 MH in 5 gallon buckets. I think the 50% feed yesterday worked out well, they look alot better today. And I was doing that, keeping them wet.. =/ When I water I try to pour hard to get the water down deeper and make the roots follow, and only pour near the base of the plants.
The reason I was saying week 5 is there is a magical time you need to hit your plants with a boaster...usually around week 5 for 8 week strain. I doubt that will make a dramatic difference with this grow, but was trying to increase your overall weight. Honestly I think you may have some fluffy bud on your hands this run. Not to say it will be bad smoke, but just a little on the fluffy side. I'd feed those girls until they start to turn cloudy before you remotely think about doing your flushing. You may be able to get an extra week in or something that may help your overall yield/bud/density...but I wouldn't expect a miracle at this point. Have you read the proper heights for your lights? Each light has a different height and also you can get them closer with air cooled lights. I have had buds within a inch or two of my light with no real problems (little light bleach here and there, but hey you always get that one cola that one stop growing), but try to keep my lights about 1-1..5 above the average height of the canopy and tend to stay closer to the 1' mark. That being said my exhaust is bad ass and you can touch the glass without remotely burning yourself
