    Ty! xD

Ya. Not sure. Cleared my cache, cookies, and temp internet files, still no luck. It's just when I post pics in threads they look like shit cause their not the full resolution of my camera. Those pics on my local PC and phone look amazing. Photoshop, if went to directly, will display the full image, or if it was hosted here.

What resolution are you trying to use? If it's not your browser it's in the upload template or size restrictions.

The Album says it will size them down. That might be the problem. The are at very high resolution.

Try reducing the size and see what you get. I'll check the image download template tonight.

Okay, since I obviously can't get this heat situation under control, I'm asking for help once again, but now I have more fire power. I have 2 tents, one is 4x4 and the other is 3x3, currently the air is sucked upward into the carbon filter and down over the light, and up and out the tent to the window. I am just using passive intakes. My veg tent could drop a few degrees too. So now I have a 440CFM fan/filter, 200CFM fan/filter, and a 760CFM Fan/filter. I have one window in the room that opens to the side, not up and down. I need to figure out a way to cool the tubes with cool air instead of the hot air that's blowing over it currently. I have mulitiple un-used ports in both tents. So how can I accomplish this? Outside air to cool the tubes, and the fitler/fan to scrub the air. It's hard because I don't have much window space to work with. I'll also just post this video update now so yall can see the room again.

Chaz, what I think you need is an air duct plenum that would allow you to connect multiple lines to a single intake & exhaust location (your sliding window). you could make this from cardboard or better yet 3/4" dow foam board from HD. imagine if you will your window opening divided in half. OK so lets say you've created two 18"x18" openings to work with (one upper & one lower) & you need to connect (3) 6" lines to each half. The idea is to build a box (plenum) that on one end is 18x18 and on the other end is big enough to connect however many flex lines as you need. The intake plenum would start at the 18"x18 opening and go down to the floor. That way you have plenty of room to connect the ducts and they'll all draw in ouside air. The exhaust will be the same only it will use the upper 18x18 window opening and go up towards the ceiling. both plenums will be shaped like this only configured for your application.

From the pics you've posted I think you have enough room to make it work.

Should I make the pelenum the full size of the window or just the part that opens? Very good idea though, and will most likely be implemented. And I need to have two Pelenums correct? One to exhaust air and one to intake air? Trying to think I'm going to build this thing. I'm not to handy.

I've seen your woodwork, you can do this. Just mock it up with cardboard first so you don't waste good material.

You know once you bring in more cold air your problem with low temps during lights out will only get worse. More than likely you'll end up having to run a small heater during lights out to keep your temps in the mid to upper 60's. Once you've corrected the duct work & are drawing in outside air you may find your smaller fan will work well during the winter. I'd also recommend you rig up some sort of filter for the incoming air too, no reason to suck in dust & critters from outside.

Cool, Thanks Duc! That's what I was thinking, using the 200CFM inline fan as the outside air intake and just running it on a timer to run when the lights are off. That should keep the temps in the low 60's. I switched things up a bit in the room and the temps have actually been steady with my new little method. Yesterday, max temp 80F, low temp 63F, and that's with keeping the light 26 inches above the canopy. I'm gonna work on the layout of the pelenum today. It is going to be such a bitch to remove and replace the 440CFM fan I have in the flower tent! FML Admin lynching. At this point I have most buds tied up because they can't hold themselves.

So the window in my grow room slides open from the side, usually I close the window until it is snug against the fan that exhausts the air. We'll I opened the window the rest of the way all day today, and it brought in so much fresh air, that the ambient temps got to around 68F-69F. I brought the light down 6 inches and cranked it up to 100% and the highest temp today was 77F!!! :bigmojo:. It really all depends on the temps outside. Yesterday it got up in the 50's so my max temps yesterday we're 80F, today the temps were in the 40's, so my tent never got over 77F all day. I did this yesterday as well, and at night I just shut the window until it is snug with the exhaust fan, and open up the heater vent in the room, temps haven't went below like 63F. Sucks I just bought this damn fan, when I figured out a way to keep the temps down a diff way... Maybe they got a return policy, nah fuck it, I'll use it down the road when I move out of this place, and have a proper basement to grow in. :jj:. I want to move up to a big boy system, no tents...

If the fans that cool your lights and bring the fresh air into the tent are on a timer that goes on and off with your lights-your tents will keep the ambient temperature of the room that the tents are in when the lights are off...yer killin' me chaz...btw-just get an $8.00 bug screen for the end of your fresh air in...

All you need is one of your exhaust hose to be an intake-connect your ductwork to both lights straight through both tents-and then your one exhaust is still the exhaust on the exhaust side of your second light. Your 440 cfm would prolly be great for this, as it is quite a long run.

Then you could prolly run fresh air inyake to your tents with a 6" duct and a "Y" with your two booster fans...

I live about an hour and a half away from you-if you wanna come and pick me up (no license) I'll come over and do it for ya...

True enough however if I don't set the timer for the exhaust fan to run for 15 minutes every hour the stink oozes out through the intakes & thats a security issue, at least for me. No smell no cell no tell.

Might work for Chaz though since he'll be running a seperate fan for his scrubber.

Personally I like to use at least a decent filter for the air intake if for no other reason to prolong the life of my scrubber but to each his own.:bong-2:
