about to pop my Blu Chocolat any day now. gonna try my hand at Hempy. Fusion is kickin it with great new strains. Im willing to test anything they want. Keep up the great work guys

 

Just thought I' give a glimpse of some outdoors testing going on in the western Fusion camp. Lots going on in the jungle.





The Haze Thai. (Seeds are at Sannies now! I would imagine they will be listed as soon as I get the description and some pics sent to Sannie, which will happen in about an hour tee hee)

 

Those look killer man! Are you doing hydro outside or are those in raised beds? What nutrient regimen are you using on them?

MG - Not hydro. Just used the tables to raise some smaller girls up. Everything is in soil containers except the thai and haze thai which are in the ground.

RR - Nope, totally new. It is Haze a Lowland Thai.


SW - The haze thai are in Sannie's hands, but haven't been listed yet. I need to go take some pics for the listing.

How long do the sativa's take to flower? My wife is fond of them and wants me to do some next year. Only time I've ever grown them was 30 something years ago, outdoors in Hawaii. I have no idea if I could do one outside here in Sacramento since it gets real cold around the first week in November. I'm thinking what I would have to do is start them out at 12/12 inside around june 1st and then put them outside around the second week of August.

 

I'm with your wife on the sativas! When I was smoking everyday all day, sativas did not get me high, period! I needed that indica heaviness to really feel high. Now that I smoke rarely, I prefer the psychedelic uplifting sativas...you know, the ones that make you feel like you could run a marathon! haha! :flyy:

 

RR - The Lowland Thai is 20+ weeks indoors. The Haze Thai I am expecting to come in around 16-20 weeks indoors. Outdoors I would expect Nov. - Dec. on both.


SW - I hope we have something you'd like to run.


MG - A Long ass time. These are NOT for the faint of heart or the novice grower. They are very picky (indoors). Outdoors, throw them in the ground and watch MJ grow like you've never seen. They love the ground, taking up whatever they want/need, and tons of sun.


As for the effect, I smoke a joint of the Thai, and I want to clean my house, dial in the garden, take the dogs for a run, etc. Smoke the Haze, and you still have those feelings, but your brain doesn't cooperate since it's already somewhere in the outer solar system. :thumbs-up:

It should be good for that area. Both are tropical sativa's so aren't going to have issues with bud rot.
