I haven't read ANY of this thread. But, I just remembered I wanted to add Cannagirl/mrastro/UBB to my vote list. I'll have to go back through this thread soon, and read it, I didn't know there'd be this big of a response. I think I'm sticking with RR as the top. I think consistent activity should be a top priority. If I had to name every person with alot of knowledge it'd take forever. but those guys I first named are very active.
I just started reading through this post. Skunky ISN'T already a MOD? If he wasn't when this post was made, then jesus, he's my top vote.
