In Search of THE Strongest Strain!!!

Trichomes ARE for protection from pests and various other things...There is even thought that UV damage may induce a response from the plant to produce more trichs to protect it...Also im sure most of you growers can atest to how the damn gnats get stuck on trichs

 

there are several factors that come into play on OD V ID....It's is my personal and professional belief (I Work in the Cannabis industry) that OD produces way more cannabinoids than ID....You can't copy the sun...and we are hard pressed to match mother nature...Highest % of THC i have seen from indoor personally is 25%...Extremely low CBD compared to OD.... .376 to .986

 

That makes sense, though. It would be great, also, if we could break down, select and cross plant genetics the way we can with animal DNA without needing to do the entire process through pollination, grow it out, select the best and keep going fromt here.

 

I've read that too. It makes sense, the trichome heads refract UV rays to protect the developing seeds from genetic damage, ingenious really.

The best in my opinion would be somthing like what I saw on sanniesshop; a strain called "Anesthesia". The more I learn about marijuana I seem to have a heavy Indica preference for the same reason that I think that some of the traits of this strain seem so appealing to me; "Intense and deep almost anesthetic. A clear psychoactive high keeps you on your feet and enables you to function. If you allow yourself to close your eyes though it's like drawing a warm blanket over your body. Very relaxing to the muscles without the dreaded couch lock." Somthing like that.


Obviously that's a strain that I should buy if I like that kind of thing, but I'm trying to compile a list of plants (maybe 10 strains) that have the traits that I want but are able to be grown in my closet, which put's me into the Indica category and squarely out of the Sativa category because of the limit on vertical and horizontal space to grow in. Thanx for responding on the holiday Useless. Your expertise is greatly appreciated.


Edit: When I'm out during the day I rarely can get high while I'm taking care of business. But it's nice to go to class and to work buzzed and not sleepy when I can. That's what I'm trying to grow for myself.

This is guna sound completely lame and retarded but.......I got a bunch of black buddies..they all refuse to smoke anything but killer Indicas, they REALLY REALLY love kush buds....I've brought out some killer Sativa, shit that made old heads go goofy......they all just looked at me with disgust of the high and flavors they got, NOT HAPPY at all


Also diesels are a good one to look for BP, like NYCD ....NYC-diesel

Shit! I live near Butler County in PA.....it has the highest rate of herion deaths of under 18yr olds in the country....its an all white hillbilly town! The "H" gets ahold of any and everyone

Aw yeah! We got fiends for dayz down here. It's the South but it's the city so there's a difference. We got A LOT of H and C sniffers down here and tons of crackheads, but most people down here are scared of needles in M-Town.


One of my Mexican homies hooked me up with the one and only spike of heroin that I've ever taken and whooo boy let me tell you; THAT'S TOO DAMN HIGH!!!


When you're on some kush you might not FEEL like moving but you CAN move. THAT shit? Man, if someone can kick the door in, walk, not run, into the room, straddle your chest, and just pummel your face with their fist or whatever they happen to have in their hands at the time, and you're SO high that you're defenseless like a patient in the coma ward, then that's just TOO damn high for me. It's just too much. It's just too gangsta to be that high around here. to the jungle, baby! You could get it at any moment. Guard your grill!

 

The heat really does something to ya... when I lived it H-Town it felt like a sprawling expanse of sin, like I fell into some level of Hades. Everything done in every kind of way, if you got extra high shooting C up your dick it's done in H-Town.

 

M-Town can be compaired to a Black Hole. As long as you keep your distance you're pretty much ok. The occasional gravity wave is all you have to deal with. But once you've allowed yourself to be pulled into the gravity-well you can get stuck pretty easily and from there it's all downhill! The secret to this town is MONEY!

 

Ok so that's 5 strains on the list of heavy hitters: Herijuana, Madonna, NYC Diesel, OG Kush, and Tahoe OG.


Anymore suggestions? I'm going for a list of 10 and remember Indicas are the idea here because they stay relatvely small and can be grown in my cedar closet.

The search for the Holy Grail... well, Herijuana, Trainwreck and of course, the real C-99 are all contenders. They say Medicine Man (White Rhino) aint no slouch.


I will be starting herijuana in the Spring, so wont have a smoke report til next Fall, but I will have a MedMan report for you in a couple months.


Cindy--next Fall. I know Heri, MM and Trainwreck will nail you to the couch, but from what Ive read, Cindy is psychedelic without the heavy body stone.


That seems to be the issue---the really STONY ones tend to be the Indicas...and me no likey couch-lock. Man, I cant get off the couch STRAIGHT, let alone stoned.


Right now Im pinning my hope for the Grail on Cindy, but Im looking foreward to smoking the Black Widow and Med Man, too. I KNOW the Grail is out there....somewhere....LOL.

I like the up highs also and have been searching for my favorite plant from seeds purchased on the net from reputable breeders and pollen chunkers. Have grown C99, A11, from Joey Weed many times and the best for me is the tall, rock hard budded A11, the other 2 phenos are also very good. I see almost no variation in the C99, all excellent. Sams sk#1/original haze, great stuff, up energetic, tastey, only freebie i've ever liked. One pheno of Strawberry that's tasty and energetic (tall pheno). Swiss Bliss, great taste, upbeat high, great indoor grow. The pheno of SSH am smoking right now is dynamite!!! Really like my medman, all 3 phenos, but not as an energetic up high, more for near bedtime and if i want the munchies. Growing some red dragon now at 4+ weeks 12/12 and looking for that to be up, happy time smoke. It'll all knock my ass out if smoked enough!!!

 

I'm a fan of JW's C-99 she made for a nice first grow. Alot of breeders use her or Space Queen in their crosses so that says something.

 

Chocolate Chunk is strong yet yummy... Loved Mindboggle & wish I had cloned that baby....haha but was not into cloning then so ughh.


Agree Dix....those are potent strains. Wish they still had Panama Red, Columbian Gold and all those yummy ones when I first started smoking. Oh those were the days....:anibong:

 

there is some "purple elephant" going around the dispensaries around here that is pretty wicked potent.
