You can call and see if you have a warrant and what the extradition limits are. They aren't going to keep you on the line so they can track your call. Just call from a pay phone so your caller ID doesn't show up. But, if you call the clerk and recorders office and just ask for a warrant check. They'll ask for the name, you don't even have to admit it's you. Just say your a relative or friend or employer or whatever. They don't care. Once they tell you you have a warrant, you can then ask where it's enforceable and they'll tell you that too. It's best to clear this up ASAP before it causes you a TON of inconvenience. I'd call and check for ya if I could. Just call and ask, then at least you'll know.
