uh, just like everyone pointed out, it would be illegal if he did since he recused himself. seriously turn off the cnn and wapo i sure did when i was 14 and hungry, don't need to sell anything to get by now. I busted my ass to make myself get the next rung up the ladder if you believe the frankin shit i don't know what to say. al posed the question as if he was having meetings with russians as part of the campagin, once i would refer you to the hearing, not the soundbite they play which is just a few seconds of a 4 minute long question honestly i don't what to say if you actually believe the russia shit, i really don't. no one, and i do mean no one that following this actually believes that...not even cnn that's why now it's comey and trump under investigation for obstruction. seriously, you used to do law, you don't see that?????? and do you think the FBI should be above congress and the president? because that was comeys position, once again listen to the testimony, that's why he was fired. obviously we don't need a AG if FBI director is above the entire justice department and obviously you think there should be no oversight of the fbi if you support comey. and i do agree that some of this mess is trumps own mouth, but i also understand what he was trying to say. Like I said to Res, I've done mass layoffs; but to explain what trump was saying...........when I did, I knew going into the situation what my end goal was. Before I even left home to do surprise inspection, fuck, before i even brought the idea up to corporate officers i knew my end goal was to cut the dead weight before it sunk the entire corporation. but i went thru the motions, found so many issues to support my position that no contract would hold up in court. some issues that normally would be overlooked were listed. or another way of putting it....do you think people just get divorced? just one day out of no where they say, fuck it, I'm done.....or do you think the writing is on the wall and you know the outcome?? and the meetings? shaking someones hand is a meeting? really?? or not even shaking their hand, just being in the same building? when you defended people, do you think they should have been convicted just on something like that?
Human Resources = people are commodities. I've hired and fired a lot too. I loved the godlike power as well as the search for plausible legal reasons for shitcanning people. We used to joke about it. Laugh uproariously at the retelling of the most agregious acts of sabatage. Then my dad calls me to say after 44 years with the same company he was forced into early retirement. A guard escorted him from his office a week later. Cut promised retirement benefits by 60%. Not so funny. You see I'm an asshole bigot too nip but at least I know it and want to change.
If you like firing people then thats on you. I hated it, but did it save more jobs. Because sometimes people need to go for the good of all, frankly it usually union shops this happens too because they have an untouchable attitude. But lay offs and fir8ngs have always been hard for me, even with cause Abd im not sure im a bigot, an asshole yes, but never would i discriminate based off color, specially for employment
Go study econ instead of listening to conservative explanations of Supply Side economics. Even David Stockman, the cat who developed the Supply Side model for Reagan, has admitted it has no long term viability and is an inherently flawed model. Folks don't like socialism? Then they don't like the good ol' U.S. of A. Social Security is socialism. Medicaid (the most popular medical program in US history) is socialism. The interstate highway system is socialism. Our parks system is socialism. Basically any shared public burden or public asset is socialism at its purest. But Trumpsuckers and conservative cucks to the oligarchs don't get it. They suck the jizz and don't look deeper than than the belly button in front of their nose. Laisse faire Capitalism on it's own is unworkable. Socialism without private ownership of capital and individual risk/reward is unworkable. The most successful economies and balanced societies are a blend of both. We've been a blend since the first time a tax was imposed to share the burden and benefits of our society....so roughly 200 years now. My guess is most people who scream 'socialism' as if it's a pejorative actually have no idea that they participate in socialist endeavors every day of their lives. Here's the deal....you can supply side all you want and it get's nowhere when the greater population is experiencing decreasing buying power. (Duh!) Stockman realized this. Conservative economists understand this. Plutocrats and oligarchs pretend this isn't true because it hurts their short term gains. People who listen to oligarchs and plutocrats while punching down on the economic ladder are being lied to and controlled by those higher than them on the ladder. It feels good....it feels empowering......but it's all fake and counter to sound economic principles that help all people and create a more sound, stronger, economy. All I see every time a Trumpsucker bleats defense of President Tiny Hands in face of his incredible bullshittery is a cuck. Because only a cuck would allow themselves to be embarrassed by their President over and over and over and over and pretend he doesn't constantly lie or shift burden or be a general fuckwad whenever he opens his mouth. And honest to god....if I hear one more Trumpsucker go on about previous president's....... He's President now. If it was wrong then, it's wrong now. Somehow pointing to historical assholes does not make the current asshole not an asshole. Can people not figure this one out? Because it's pretty damn basic shit we all learned by third grade....yet somehow it's considered valid political debate. Btw...you have absolutely no idea how insurance works or you wouldn't have used that absurd repub talking point. It's shared cost. It's pooled rates. It's using actuarial data to predict burden vs pool of insured. Why should a woman have to pay premium to cover prostate cancer? Hint.....because shared burden by the entire pool creates lower costs overall. We had ala carte med insurance in the 50's-70's. It wasn't until individual states started pooling rates and requiring uniform coverage that individual premium costs stabilized. But is that scratch of the surface too deep an analysis? If it is, keep that throw away Paul Ryan soundbite simplistic bullshit...it's easier to repeat and doesn't require real thought.
where to start. I don't know about insurance? I've had to buy policies every year for myself, wife, and children for the past 16 years...you're right, never once read them, I usually just close my eyes and point to one, then move on to the next family member. When I say buy them, i mean exactly that, we don't have family plans and what not at my corporation in my state because we don't have enough employees to fall under that so it's cheaper and easier for us to buy our own. So I had to buy one for me, wife and three kids. And the kicker, the program you absolutely love and adore...ACA absolutely blocks the chances of me ever being on my corporate policy because I don't live in the state our HQ is in. That's cool though right? Or paying an extra tax for buying a plan that's to good by government standards...makes total sense And it's almost laughable about the prostate argument. Up til the ACA women and men were charged vastly differently. Because a vagina can spit out babies every year so that was factored in...you know the pink pussy march even stated that a vagina wasn't preexisting condition (which in reality it is). Risks associated with each person determined insurance amount, because people aren't equal. Shared burden is a loaded statement, because insurance itself is shared burden....but so is social medicine, so honestly I don't understand what you are saying. But I guess we should all have equal access and equal treatment? Sounds great, now explain how that works. Or are you saying like in social medicine that some should pay at the ass, others close to nothing for the same treatment....that's equality in your eyes? Just like in Europe were people subsidize their state coverage with private insurance because the state coverage sucks (kinda like medicare here you know). Let alone it's bankrupting our country and countries like UK. You have read up on that right? UK system is broke, aint fixing that shit, reducing benefits and literally having people that aren't doctors decide treatment options based off costs. Sounds like a great system. And the rest of your argument, I'm not sure what you are trying to do except throw up straw man arguments. It's kinda like me saying you, along with everyone else that's ever grown weed or made moonshine killed grandma and starved children because they didn't pay taxes to support the social programs. So res, do you like making grandma not being to afford her meds? Because you choose to steal money out of the programs that support her and the children...think about the children res....the poor starving children. Or you could actually not be an extremist and realize that some of us think the EPA should have scientists not an army of lawyers and paramilitary forces to raid homes for collecting rainwater or building small ponds. That government shouldn't predetermine science and only give grant money out to reinforce the governments position (eg climate change). That the government shouldn't be able to tell me how much my toilet should flush, or the type of bulb I use in my home. That when ever government is involved in absolutely increases prices for everything, like college, medicine, you name it not a single thing government money is involved in gets cheaper.....because people see gov money as free money. So go read any, I do mean any economists view on that What do i know, I'm just some cuck covered in glitter cum from the Don and I wear Ryan mask as i fuck my wife.....all because I didn't want Clinton is president, that's the basis of your entire argument, I reject clinton so thus I'm a cuck, lol
You have no idea how insurance works. Reading a policy doesn't mean you understand the history or structure of cost sharing via pooled rates and risk. It's a fuckin' joke that you think "reading the policy" is even a relevant reply. For the rest. It's the vapid bullshit of a desperate human being playing well out of their depth. Trumpster....suck my dick you unaware twat. Your guy is a liar, a truth twisting dipshit who has NO self control. Fuck him and everybody who still supports his wrinkled ass. And fuck anybody who puts Sessions ahead of growers' freedom. That my friend has put you squarely at odds with the cannabis movement and every other grower in the country. So spare us your Trumpsucker bleats and excuses. You're a traitor to growers and the cannabis movement. Period. As such....everything you type or puke out in support of that shit is useless blather.....especially on a board that actually SUPPORTS the cannabis movement. Yeah, I'm pissed and tired of the fuckin' asshats who think they actually have a clue but are really nothing more than useful morons to an orange pig who's trying to pocket as much luchre as possible during in his term in office. And....who's AG wants you, me, and every other grower in the country behind bars. Spare me the dull witted reply about good ol' boys and your cuck sucking bullshit. It's an excuse and wish. The things of 5 year olds. If I've insulted you....good. Your President is an insult to every rational caring thinking human being in our country and I'm damn tired of his sycophants pretending he's not.
Youre right, i havent a clue about anything. Gotten thru life on my good looks and white privilege. Honestly i expected a little more from you, but name calling and ad homs are for those who dont have facts to back them. Its like your hysteria with sessions, a man that cant do what you says he going to do because its against the law, he even stated so much in a letter to congress when asking for the power to. But i guess people like me, you know the traitor...but was one of the small handful of guys smart enough to push to add to our state law that forces all those that serve ohio to fight for rescheduling of marijuana thus blocking any attempt at all of doing what you claim sessions is doing. Im a fucking traitor? Fought for 8 years openingly in my state and actually personally convinced the most conservative member of our leg to back medical. Got numerous calls this week from people asking for advice on final tweaks to plans due today and im the traitor. Makes sense, when you take off your tin foil hat let me know. But i guess since i dont agree to having clinton be my master, ill step away from gk
Well I guess my wife is right. I'm a sycophant. I would like to ask... How well do you think this country would be under Hillary? Or is it just fine and dandy that she has been pocketing money for decades and treating us civilians as the serfs she thinks we are? Unless you actually had another viable option to run this country I feel that we got the better of the only viable options available.
Hillary is not president. Deflection gets you no where. Voting against a Clinton is not the same as full throating Donnie Tiny hands. It's not my fault you're clueless about how insurance works. Good looks or no....you haven't got even the first idea of insurance risk pools and how, or why, they work. If you did you'd understand exactly why Paul Ryan's comparison displays complete and utter ignorance and serves nobody except the oligarchs and plutocrats who give him money. I've explained these things in detail before but they get called "straw man" arguments. I've pointed out horrible budget impacts if the DJT budget proposal goes through and am told it's a straw man argument. I've explained DJT's impact on working poor and it's called talking points. I explained exactly what Sessions' actual voiced directions are to his subordinates and am told "he's a good ol boy who doesn't know better." Never refuted....just ridiculed and conflated with some other bullshit. But here's the biggest rub....If you support Trump then you in turn support Sessions. One begets the other. Support for Sessions is being a complete and total traitor to cannabis causes. Spin or pretend anything you want...the record in Sessions' own words is clear. He wants to escalate the drug war and throw the book at illicit growers. Go ahead deny it...doesn't make it not true and doesn't help me if I get popped and Sessions' directive is still in place. You guys support an Administration that wants guys like us in jail for a very very long time. So yeah.....traitors to growers everywhere.
You can nuke my account its cool...i just find it amusing hjat you res support a group that tried to give a mandatory 10 year sentence in my state for growers unless you were a left winger. Everyone was facing ten years under your little groups legalization. Pay the group or do prison time thats literally way worse than what we have now....because under 10 lbs is probation...res backs a geoup that qould have given 10 years for a plant...but hey the uber rich would have gotten billions Seriously how big of a hypocrite could you ever be....you are making up hypotheticals thay are never going to pass.....at the same time supporting giving people like me and everyone else on this a 10 year sentence just to get kick back for norml And im the piece of shit for fighting this, lmao....so hey, if you guys dont have 2million to give to norml, lube that asshole up, because thats where theyre sending ya....or let me geuss, ro was a mistake lmao Wtf...but go ahead and deny facts....your group sells us out for pennies. Im a bitch because iwould rsther have free market decide rather than whos got more money for a start up. Assholes like me protected the entire country and reduced by in from 2 million to 2 thousand, and kept state charges at same level instead of 10 fucking years that norml wantes to gi e out to stop competition Peace im out, you all know to get a hold of me
I supported a group in your state? And how exactly did I do that? MnNorml was not active in your state at any time. They gave no $$, made no calls. Supported no position as it pertains to your state. And If MnNorml did I wouldn't have sucked their dick and pretended it was just fine. I'd be pissed as fuck and everybody around me would know it. Actually, I recall the thread we discussed that in and I in fact did not stand up for your state NORML chapter....I denounced their position. That's what ethical people do when a group they generally support does the wrong thing. Unlike grow traitors for Trump/Sessions who look the other way when his Orangeness' "good ol boy" decides to make another run at the Drug War and at halting states movements towards legalization. Hypotheticals they are never going to pass? It's called a directive from the Attorney General to U.S. prosecutors. Nothing, absolutely nothing needs to pass anything. It's been done. Sessions has already given the directive. It's discretionary on the part of the AG and President. Maybe in your huff and blow Donnie love you didn't quite understand that point? I don't nuke accounts over politics. Everyone is free to have a position. But I won't play nice if the thing a person supports is a direct danger to my personal freedom or the well being of others. If you want to take your ball and go home, fine. But perhaps I should remind you, this is a Donald Trump's soul roasting in hell thread. Wtf did you expect, a reach around? If you want agreement and hugs for sucking Donnie dick then start a "DJT is my hero" thread. I promise it'll be all yours and I won't intrude on your safespace. Or does the poor snowflake Trumpsucker want this thread to be safe too?
I have tried to stay out of this discussion but sometimes I just can't help myself. So if Res is giving "reach arounds" and I close my eyes and pretend he's a chick, am I still gay?
Well whatever the case I heard Pence lawyered up. LOL I tell you what i love to hate trump. it's a guilty indulgence. it feels good to hate on him and every time he acts like a hemorrhoid I just glow. Why? Because I think "THIS has to be to much" and my dad surely regrets voting for him now. Surely Nippie sees this and realizes. Surely my friends (yep I have in the flesh trumper friends) see it for what it is. What's it gonna take? Him shooting someone in broad daylight? We should take the 35% of the country that supports trump and carve off 35% of the land mass of the USA and let them all move there and have Trump as a ruler.
I'd vote for that. It's only gay if you want it to be Lvs. Knew a cat who used to go to the river flats where gay guys cruise for anon sex. He swore he wasn't gay and was only into chicks....but needed a little help getting off when no chicks were around. Dunno how to slice that one...... but if it ain't a chick my unit isn't functioning so I have my own suspicions about the cat.
I'll move to that 35% and how about I rule? You guys can have Hillary and we'll see who survives the longest.
Nippie punches out. This is why I TRY not to get involved with these kind of discussions. I have honestly lost friends because I have my own feelings about politics. They believe I guess in a single mentality. I don't care how you vote or who you vote for. Some people take it as an insult I guess, for lack of a better word, if you don't agree with their point of view. I put it in the same category as Harley riders. Some will shun ANYONE for riding anything other than a Harley. Me? I could give a shit what you ride, as long as you ride. Same as voting. I can give a shit who you voted for, as long as you voted. If you didn't vote, you have no reason to bitch and complain about who gets in or what they do while in office. Ok. Now you guys can swing away at me but I'm staying. If/when I leave it won't be because we couldn't agree on something. It will be because no one wants to share. DAMN YOU ALL! p.s. I'm going to start a "Bring back Nippie" rally.
Not sure what punches out means, but if it means left GK, I feel responsible and regret it. An example of unintended consequences. Why bitch about a president you hate on a grow forum? For what it's worth the reason I started the thread was because I had spent a lifetime of backing down in political arguments and letting the loudest voice win. My dismay at Trump gave rise to a feeling that I needed to SAY something. So I've been speaking my mind. Now someone I am still sure has redeeming qualities is offended because of something that has always been less important to me than my immediate relationships. In one way I'm tired of not having a voice. This thread is my voice, and I guess not everyone likes the sound of it. I don't know if it's worth it. Standing up for something you believe in and pushing some people away, or allowing your silence to give consent for the sake of harmony.
