That ain't no lie. No one loved an ice cold beer more than me . . . except maybe Ras. And fucking around with those non-alcoholic beers just makes me want a real one all the more. Great job with the garden and with the quest to remain alcohol free. You know I'm pulling for ya my :GK: brother! :alienwink:
Thanks Rky! I appreciate the encouragement. I would never even mess with a non alcoholic beer. I've brewed my own beer and drank the best beers made and I KNOW that those non alcoholic beers would be a joke compared to the flavor of a REAL beer. No worries, I now have some fruit juice or tea instead. I'm a teetotaler! :roffl: But that's cool, ya know who else was a teetotaler? Wyatt Earp. :thumbs-up:
My bad bredren, shouldn't have put in that last comment. Didn't realize that you were in recovery. I too am in recovery, but from hard drugs. All kinds. Keep it real, come down for dinner sometime, Rasta and I have plenty of Juice, Soda, Milk and Water!
I'm starting the recovery process myself right now. I'm starting to collect lots of kinds of tea. props on quitting to both you hairy bungholes It's a hard, hard thing to do, and ultimately more important than a crop or two.
I thought you were going to say me! Seriously, who needs that poison when you have the real thing? And you most certainly have the REAL thing. Nice job!
The SSH is looking pretty good. They are getting a little more than full strength General Organics Bloom according to the G.O. feeding chart. I mixed it to (ijust got a TDS pen) 740 PPM I have no Idea what the PPM should be really, but that is a little more than the full strength dose according to the chart. At full strength by their chart it measured 640, that seemed low. I have been enriching Co2 for 1 week at 1400 PPM and I think I am seeing a difference in the size of the buds as compared to previous grows at 37 days of 12/12 on this 9 1/2-10 week strain. Hopefully I will see an increase in yield. Here are a few pics for ya. asssit: opcorn-2:
Your girls are hurtling toward the finish line quite nicely Ras, nice and frosty! :good job: :not-worthy: opcorn-2:
yeah i have a love/hate relationship with Ras' tyalents as a ganja master as well... nothing but LOVE for my brother in all other aspects hehehe
Thank You guys for your compliments. I had good teachers. :thumbs-up: Update: The Super Silver Hazes are looking frosty and plump at day 44 of 12/12. I expect that they will go for another 2 1/2 or 3 weeks. I'll be feeding them one more time before they begin a 2 week flush. Good trichome coverage despite not quite having the nutrients dialed in perfectly. I'm confident that the Co2 has increased their size compared to previous grows with this strain. Th only bad thing is that my refectors are cheap and don't seal very well where the glass is and they are sucking the Co2 outta the room and my 50lb. Co2 tank only lasted 2 weeks. Okay for now but I gotta get that fixed. Anyway here are a bunch of pics for you to check out. Some decent bud porn.:thumbs-up: asssit: Not perfect I know, but decent. I'm fairly happy with them for a test round with these nutrients. I think I need to increase Cal/Mg next round. Hopefully these nutes will perform well in my flood tables.
Jesus Laweezus that seemed quick. Very Nice I trust we will be trying these in the near future ha ha t6
Doin the damn thang Ras:thumbs-up: 2 weeks on a tank? That's gonna get expensive! A burner is only $375. Figure $60-$100 a month for tank CO2 and it won't take long to make up for the extra $$.
I know I can get the room sealed off better. It's these damn crappy reflectors from Sunlight Supply. They don't seal around the glass very well. No rubber seal. The glass just slides into them, instead of having a hinged door for the glass that seals well. It should be more of a pain in the ass than a major expense. $20 to fill a 50lb. tank. That would be around $40 a month. A Co2 generator will increase heat and humidity in the room as well as require me to either add a Propane tank or pipe in Natural Gas to the room. I don't want to do any of those things. I'm gonna try and make the room sealed off better and see if 1 tank can last closer to 1 month. If I can do that I would be happy with the tanks over the burner. If I can't make them last longer then eventually I will have to add a Co2 Generator.
Current state of affairs. I am preparing for my first run in my flood tables. I have 30 Cotton Candy Kush clones vegging now. They will go into 2 gal. Smart Pots filled with hydroton. I wanted 32 but due to poor planning and poor judgement on my part I have only 30 viable plants to work with. Ohh well. I gave all the mothers a severe hair cut a couple weeks ago and fed them all. They are starting to look better now. I also have 2 Cotton Candy Kush and 1 Strawberry Cough that are going into the flower room tonight. mrsganjah is working on 6 Vanilluna plants that are newly rooted clones. They will be in soil. Eventually they will get 5 gal. Smart Pots filled with our soil mix. They will be getting an extended veg and lots of topping an training and super cropping. They will eventually be flowered under 1k watt HPS where the Lemonberry plants are now, in the closet area of my big flower room where I have my 5'th 1k watt light located. Here are a few pics. The Mothers. They reside under a 1k watt MH lamp. The CCK clones for the flood table. In 3"x3" Rock Wool cubes. The little Vanilluna clones. 1 Strawberry Cough and 2 Cotton Candy Kush plants that are going into the flower room. asssit:
