We are working on building a shelving unit of some sort for the extra 4x4 hut. its almost time to take new clones.


hopefully after this, i will be working with all new strains

 

My mommas are all neglected and sickly. I have to do some root trimming and transplanting. Then some neem oil treatment and a good feeding. I have a couple moms that are healthy and I will be taking some clones tonight. Probably Blueberry for the next run.

Here is an Update on my BIG garden

4 weeks in to 12/12

 

Now THAT is a garden! :good job: :not-worthy: I love seeing shots and descriptions of these kind of gardens. It inspires me, keeps me humble, and makes me feel irie. Seriously :good job: mi rasta bredren. Love those Raptor hoods.


I hope my garden looks like that once I get all my stuff setup. I can't wait to get my Co2 regulator and controller so I can set it up and start using it on the plants I have going now that are 2 weeks into 12/12 All my stuff should be here by the end of the week. I'm worried that my SunSystem hoods are going to exhaust some of my Co2 because they don't seal as well as higher dollar higher quality hoods. The glass slides into them so they don't have any rubber seals or anything to make them air tight. I know they suck a little air. Even once I run the duct to the outside of the room, I think it will suck a small amount of air from inside the room. I hope it doesn't waste a lot of my Co2. I'm trying to come up with a practical solution to the problem short of buying new hoods right away.

 

looking good bud! just outta curiosity, if you could make changes to your bigger operation next time through, what would you do? It really looks like a larger version of my grow with a few more bells and whistles, which is why I'm asking. I'm even using 5 gal smart pots with those thick green plant trays!

 

Im going to build tables that run at tiny slant. That way I don't have to deal with saucers, I can just let all the overage drain out onto the table and run down into a gutter.


If I place the gutter at a slight slant as well, I can have that run off into a res of sorts, or potentially straight outside...


other than that, I just have to find a way to get rid of the god damn mother fucking fungus gnats!!!!

 

you preferably want to kill the bugs without killing off all of your plants' stomata, right? uh... good luck?


I'd suggest hitting up the bible's section on predatory insects and ordering a buttload of preying mantises or something off the internet. I don't think ladybugs eat those critters, but I'm sure something has to.


Good idea on the drain. I have to move my girls to my bathtub every time I want to water them right now... Huge PITA that I never really thought about. tyvm!
