That's actually a neat set up there alien. But today i was able to run to the store today and for right now I just got the ducting I need to get the crap out of the room. After letting it cool for the past few hours it brought it down to 87 degrees and now it's just a wait and see if they respond better.
Keep it up. You've got a great start. You are way ahead of me for first grow. I didn't even really have exhaust in my first grow box, and the temps were ridiculously high at times. I just lucked out with a heat tolerant strain and got a great pull. I am an incorrigible grow-op tinkerer. I have been tinkering on the details of my current rooms nonstop for 3 years now. I'm still not done. Keep temps steady, RH good, light timing on track and you'll get some BUD :-welcome-:
Thanks man, I have that problem with everythin tinker tinker tinker until I know everything about it even the dumb answers. I've tinkered with everythin until its to my like/proper likeing of something and I know it's bad to do that but with most everythin I need is actually here now hopefully I can now get them to grow properly since they are almost 2 months old but only look like not even a month old (could be wrong) but we shall see.
Alright...:thumbs-up::thumbs-up: Seems like your plants are doing way better. Healthier and are getting bigger. All the advice about the exhaust fans is great.. Seems liken Tee13 is doing better and better. Learning his way up. PS: AlienBaits picture made me laugh, but this man can grow major good herb, like a Macgyver of GK.
Thanks man, just noticed this earlier and I probably wouldn't be saying that yet. Earlier tonight I was taken a look at them and this is a guess from what I've been looking up online I might have either zinc or nitrogen deficy. I thinkin it might be that cause its only showing on 3 or 4 plants, either I nuted and need to flush them (trying with one that looks most like the issue) or i dunno yet I'm still looking trying to find out what pic and description look the closest honestly lol.
Put some pictures up for us to look at. We'll do the best we can to get you straightened out. From your pics earlier, I'd say you shouldn't have been feeding them much at all. I know you say they're 2 months but they look like they're just getting started at under a month. I'd get them out of those cups and put them in something bigger so those roots can stretch (the only stretching you want) and get the rest of the plant to grow up fast and be a lady. It has a lot of catching up to do. Even without pics, since they look so small and are just in cups, I'd just hold them under a running faucet and flush them out real good, THEN transplant them. Get that soil nice and moist. Leave them alone for a couple of days. Check them. Any signs of yellowing, give a gentle dose of nutes. Check for dryness in your soil first. An easy way is to just shove your finger, as the horney bitch said :any finger, just stick one in!", up to your knuckle. If it's dry, water. If your finger feels moisture, don't.
Lol well shit man thanks for the advice, ill get a pic of them up later today. The bigger plants I transplanted them over the 1gallon pots and luckily they are the ones that only have but a little drooping most of them are looking anazing and I think the one thats droopinf is cause of I just said fuck it and finished up the mc organic soil so maybe it's bitching about.
well heres the pics of the damage also A pic of the transplanted ones the ones infront didnt pay attention to size on those and were transplanted two days ago the other ones last night. Was wondering if I should move thouughs now before they get rooted into more of the soil, just asking cause the size difference between the 2 gallon pot behind them lol
When you transplant them be sure to bury the stems so that there's only an inch or so exposed below the first set of leaves.
Ya I noticed that a little while ago but I got to ask about the incisions, What are they for, never heard or read anything about small cuts? And with the transplanted sprouts ill get to put them down lower then that but for those smaller ones I will need to re transplant thoughs ones since I can't add anymore soil
I'll have to read up on it before I start cutting them. what does it do for the plant anyways. I know when I read up about it ill answer my own question but had to ask lol.
Like MrA said, it will increase the root mass, but if I was in your shoes? I'd just transplant them and bury them deeper. Get some going before you do anything to risk what you already have going.
Now I know this is a dumb question, but to make for positive on transplanting them besides the tiny sprouts all the other ones could be transplanted, only reason I ask is from what I've been reading about when to transplant them and the size I've seen on others is obviously much bigger so have to ask
As long as it's "stable", it can be transplanted safely. Even if it's tiny you can transplant. You just have to be more cautious with it and take your time so you don't destroy anything, ie: the tap root.
Ok I just wanted to make sure before I touched those smaller ones, I got more fox farm coming so ill have to wait until Tuesday for that but since I have mg soil in those ones might just keep that soil for those one since i can get that at the store now, that is if it needs to be done right now if not I can wait till the correct shit comes in.
