Yeah I hate the damn thing. It only reads to tenths of an ounce and whole grams, which isn't sensitive enough for me. That's very encouraging news that you are seeing a similar need for more food. That has to mean more bud in the end.
Well check out what I did last night that I got to test all day today!:coolbounce:After talking to Mr. Flux on RUI decided to give a simple hash e-cig prep for some.... what for it.... Iso washes from the bubble bags(just the stuff that you can't ever seem to scrap out of the bag that you typically wash away. LOL Figured that way it wouldn't be a waste either way really. The iso bag wash was just slow evaporated until basically both powdery and glass like. Scraped up and pressed then dried more.For the prep. I used some stuff I picked up locally. So the blend was a mix of 70/30 PG/VG with some PE300 and 400. just put water in a skillet put a glass in there with some water. Brought it up to boil, let the solvent warm. Then added the hash and slowly stirred it in. Though I noticed like with bubble hash it seems good to stabb the stir stick instead of swirling. So I did both, up and down motions then swirls and just kept going. I made this last night. It does the job fine. Taste pretty damn good. I used the tangerine dream for that and you can tell. Not like the full melt bubble but I can dig it. LOL Glad to see not much phase separation at all as you can see. Was able to make a decent amount. Yup and it tastes pretty good. Good yielder, hearty plant, a little bit of a heavy feeder. So next round I should be able to do a little better. Though the Tangerine taste is awesome and the chunky is very nice flavor as well. I'm thinking the glass slipper is going to be pretty good because man it smells like pineapple candy. I hope it tastes that way. The Sweettooth smells like skittles to me but tastes nothing like it just like some good weed. lol And shit I just realized i didn't take any pics of the runt galaxy. hold on. Yeah, that Sweet Tooth looks like center fold material. How many of those have you grown? And did they all look that good? Hell, it all looks great. I could really see the yellowing earlier when you adjusted the light. Mine is almost always in the new growth. Had a little bout with the issue early last week. Actually they looked pretty rough. At first I wondered 'what the fuck now' and started looking thru the charts to diagnose the problem and questioned my feeding schedule. Then I calmed down and checked the Ph and sure enough, way too high but easily fixable. Be Cool, CG
We've had this cut of sweet tooth between a group of us for about 5 years now. Yeah it pretty much always does that. Though looks different under different lighting at different angles. My camera I use is like 10 years old. It's SHIT! LOL Couple shots from the past two other cycles.
Chopped the Sour diesel Friday night. Only got to pull the fans and hang. No time to trim with the kiddo. So tonight I play catch up. 1 down, 9 more to follow shortly. Should have another Sour Diesel in the room by Friday. Will be transplanting one into the air pot tomorrow. Or that's the plan as of now anyways. Maybe this time around I will actually tend more to the lowers. Either way though I plan on super cropping again, didn't do that at all last time.
Damn, that's allot of stains, not sure if I could keep up with em all. I reckon I'm gonna be finding out pretty soon though.i hope to have 5 stains/ mom's within the next couple months
So ended up with right over an oz for the SD. So for this round so far that's 2oz harvested between the SD and the couple solo cups I harvested(3). Still have 9 more larger plants and a couple more solos that will be coming down soon. Got my apogee meter today and need to play with it more. But @18" I'm getting 877.5 umol/m^s/s for the RW and 688.5 for the XGS. So now to play with light configuration to try to get the most intense and uniform spread possible. Hopefully I can really play with that over the weekend at some point. And to give you guys some sort of reference to make any sense of that. I took measurement at 24" dead center of the RW 150. was in the 620 umol/sec range. perimeter around the entire space is about 500 at the walls. Now compare to the 400W listed here. Even with any spectral error better than a 400W HPS as far as center and edges. Alright little update. So I have taken down the SD and the JD they have totaled in at 86g dry. Cut the galaxy and it's hanging, maybe an oz there. Still got all the others. All of them look good. I know I'm not one to bitch but at what size do you flower? What size pot? How long is your veg? You probably already said it all earlier but I'm too lazy to search. I would be pissed getting so little from all that time.
